Hate to say it, but the hotel is not at all worth the money. If not for The Peppa Pig Park and our baby turning 4 we would've not had any joyful moments. At first glance we were happy. Mark the bellman was excellent! We tipped him well. Mark helped us with our luggage both times as we switched rooms. Mark also shuttled us by golf cart to and from Peppa Pig Park on my daughtes birthday (we respect hard workers). We are a family of 5. Three daughters, ages 14.,12,3,my wife & I. Getting off the plane we were exhausted, and we pre checked in so check-in was relatively easy. We get in the room, unload, and I ran to re park the car. Upon settling in, I notice stained sheets, chipped metal around the tub drain, broken trundle (hazard for my 3 year old) and loose bathroom vent. We didn't inspect anything else and requested a room change. Zach the supervisor was nice,he credited "$100 in resort money",smores kit valued at $25,and mini golf. I get it, I know business they're trying to keep from losing out on a profit. They charge you a deposit at a cashless resort of $100 a night,so $300 was already with the house aka hotel. I felt the amount was rather low considering we spent about $2,000 for 3 days. I'm fair and reasonable so I said $150 and a room change we can just look the other way. Day 2,we requested a new ironing board and iron, ours was broken as some items were wrinkled from packing. We also requested a light cleaning, 4 ladies and me in a room thats about 500 square feet the room will need some minor attention on day 2. The ironing board & room cleaning never happened. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask the front desk. We only had 1 small roll,5 people in the room 3 ladies and a potty trained toddler. The front desk said they only had 1 remaining roll in the back. Thr next day we asked again, went to Legoland and still no room service. My wife heard housekeeping yelling to hurry up at like 5pm. She opened the door and asked why no one ever showed up. They said they're short staffed, we had trash from two days, towels that needed changed etc. My wife was pissed, she literally cleaned the whole room herself and said housekeeping seemed annoyed when she forced our trash bags on them. This made my wife even more upset. I was not in the room at the time, I was downstairs with our 1 daughter. When I saw her text I flew upstairs and caught the housekeeping manager who apologized. I told a manager at the front desk named Jessie. He checked the box aka acted concerned (he's supposed too) asked me to send a text about everything and I did. No further compensation was provided etc. I was mind blown, this location needs to take a step back and reevaluate the customer experience. Hire more staff, update your rooms, and stop price gouging. Everything is insanely expensive for a mediocre experience. No microwaves in the rooms, limited toiletries, no housekeeping...where's the money going? This place needs a reno section by section. We feel we got rippe

Unfortunately, our stay was not at all awesome. We stayed in a pirate themed room at the main hotel. It was cute enough and the kids liked it. However, the hotel itself was very overpriced and overcrowded. I understand it was the holidays and many families were there to celebrate but everything seemed beyond capacity. Be prepared to WAIT for everything including, check in, the elevators, breakfast, lunch, all rides, etc. Things seem to be run in the most inefficient manner possible. The loading and unloading of rides is painfully slow. They know that their parks cater to small children, yet there seems to be no alleviation from having the children stand around and just wait and wait. You seemingly wait for an endless amount of time to go on a less than 2 minute ride. To us, this was very annoying and not at all worth the money that was spent on this trip. The food is mediocre and very expensive. Overall, Legoland hotel and the park was not worth the money and I hope to not come back. Please put more effort into crowd control and customer service and train the ride staff to load and unload more efficiently. I feel like this was all done to make even more money off of hard working parents. Like it’s not enough that they charge you so much for the hotel and park tickets but it’s as though they deliberately want to annoy you so much with the constant waiting that you will crack and purchase a fast pass for everyone. I’ve been to Disney many times and things there are run like a well oiled machine, even the waiting. Go to Disney instead, they know what they are doing, Legoland on the other hand does not.

This is the second trip that I have taken to legoland in Florida with my family. This trip has been a horrible experience from the housekeeping, the park, and food. Arrival: the first room we received was on the first floor and the hallway smelled like pee. second room the hallway and room smelled like pee. Our stay was four days, out of the four days our room was only cleaned ONCE due to me sending a text to the front desk. I felt so dirty being in the room. The park, so many rides were closed and shut down for the season or due to other reasons- theres only about twenty or less rides in the park. The food was horrible to say the less. I do not think I would come back here during peak season again. Our first initial visit in 2023 was the complete opposite experience and why we opted for a second trip. Many lessons were learned during this second visit. I hope Legoland can make this right.

The pool was a little gross. It was filled with bugs. It looked like it had not been cleaned for days. However. Everything else was excellent. Staff is amazing they rival Disney employees. Great vacation great value. I will book again. Just hope the pool is cleaned up by the next trip.

We really loved our stay at the Legoland Hotel--probably as much as the park itself! This place really understood the assignment in terms of family vacations. If you have a young child, it is really perfect. We traveled with our son who is 4 1/2 years old. He loved the many tubs of legos in the lobby, as well as the nightly live entertainment. There is also a small movie theater where kids can watch Lego programming. He got to play with other kids and run around while my husband and enjoyed a few glasses of wine without worrying about our child getting bored and having a meltdown! We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food in the hotel--fairly basic, but very good with a decent selection of beer, wines, and cocktails as well. We also found all of the staff to be super friendly and attentive and genuinely seemed to love their jobs (which was *not* our experience with Disney World). The hotel has great theming and offers additional perks like free build lessons which my son also loved. We also really liked our room. Having a separate section for the children to sleep or watch TV was a nice touch and allowed us to stay up a few hours after he went to sleep. My son also loved the scavenger hunt inside the room, as well as the build stations and we liked that he had a way to occupy himself without simply watching TV. The cleaning crew left him Lego figures and build sets as well, which was a fun surprise after returning from the parks (especially if you have had to tell your child "no" throughout the day whenever you passed a gift shop). As for the adults, we liked the amenities like the coffee maker and thought the bed was very comfortable. We also thought the room was very clean. This would be a five-star experience except that I think the hotel is having staffing issues and many things were closed inexplicably while we were there. There are three restaurants and one did not open the entire 4 nights of our stay. This was a problem because it was the buffet style restaurant that offered a greater variety of options than were available at the other restaurants. Again, we really liked the other restaurants but this severely limited our dining options. This was especially true for breakfast as our only option was the really heavy, greasy all-you-can-eat breakfast platter at the Shipwreck restaurant. We all eat fairly light for breakfast and would have loved an option like yogurt or oatmeal. The other swimming pool was also closed while we were there which meant that the main pool got really crowded, despite the hotel not being very full. The water slide too had limited hours (4:00 - 9:00) which they did not always follow. One day, we were told that it would open at 4:00, then told that it wouldn't open until 5:00. We never got to actually use the slide as a result. If it wasn't for this, it would have been a perfect stay! Regardless, we will definitely stay here when we return to Legoland in the future.

We stayed at the Beach resort which is across the street from the park. Cute concept, but the pool was only open until 1 pm on a Sunday. Went to the main hotel pool which was open, save for the water slide which didn’t open til after the water park closed. Bummer. I liked that they had lifeguards at the pools. Very kid friendly. Great service at breakfast.

Awesome stay!!!! Legoland hotel was amazing. There are two wings, the Pirate Hotel wing and the Leggoland hotel wing. All in the same building. We were in the legoland wing in the pirate theme room. Lots of free activities for the kids, pool and water slide. Free family style Buffett breakfast but get there early or it’s a long wait. No Microwave in the rooms but there is one o a couple of floors.the restaurants are good and also served family style. Two bars for adult drinks. The parks are next door and a very short walk which was nice. Get your tickets before you arrive or you will have a long wait. If it’s during the summer I would get the fast pass. We went during the week in May so it wasn’t needed as the lines were short. It’s hot but lots of shade. Staff is amazing! Great visit!

Had some pros and cons. Since it cost about the same as a day at Disney, not entirely worth what you have to pay. Park and resort cleanliness and upkeep was noticeable. Paint chipping all throughout the parks and resort, even in rooms. Or super faded paint at the water park. Also model citizens had more negative ones than positive. Most at every ride seemed to hate having to be there and just had really bad attitudes like their job was an inconvenience. At the resort pool one lifeguard sat on her phone the entire time with her back to the pool. Shipwreck restaurant cost about the same as character dining at Disney, just without the characters and mediocre food. Went for my son’s birthday and won’t go back. The food just was not very good overall for the price. We did have two great model citizen interactions. One with Crystal at the grill in the waterpark. She really went above and beyond to make our day special. And Jesus at the hotel front desk made my son’s birthday dreams by moving us to a Ninjago room. We did have a fun time overall. The only reason I am even nit picking I guess is because of the price.
