Let me start with the positives.
The location is great! Walk 5 mins to the beach. Many beach bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.
You can book an excursion to Ba Na Hills. It's worth it.
Now let's talk about the cons.
And the first one is the room condition. It's old. There are several cracks on the wall. And you also can hear any sound, the walls are too thin. We heard like a cockroach crawling in the ceiling.
The breakfast is not a good thing as well. There's little choice and the taste is just ok. Don't pay for it and go to have breakfast at the near by coffee shops.

Clean and great service. Breakfast has many choices. Room is good for the price and its close to the beach with many restaurants, cafes, bars and stores near by. Roof top swimming pool with nice view. Definitely a good choice, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Love the proximity to the beach and many eateries around the hotel. The room and toilet are clean and well kept. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Da Nang and want to stay near the beach.

The photos look better that the place itself. The location is very good. My experience was okay. There are better options around the area.
