Treat Resort Silvassa

The resort property is huge. The Deluxe rooms are not too spacious. Check-in was smooth. Mr Ajay well managed the checking-in. The overall let down was the bath-room. The bathroom was very much smelly and they provided us with a room fresher but it couldn’t help. Food is good but very expensive as per the overall general standards. I would advise to opt for an all inclusive package or half-board plan. Pool is good and overall buggy service is fine. Mr Jagdish helped us ride around the hotel with utmost sincerity. We requested late check-out by 2 hours but the front desk denied us. Then we were ready for check-out at the allotted time with our luggage but no one came to pick up the luggage and we were stranded in the room for an hour or so. We called the front desk 3 times for luggage pick up. They told that it was delayed because of rains. So, if they could have accepted our late check-out request, we would atleast be comfortable in our rooms rather than waiting for the luggage pick up. This was a let down from the staff. Overall a well maintained property, but would be more better if the staff is well trained. Groups can enjoy a lot as anyways there is nothing outside of the resort.

It feels like a resort with tasty food and peaceful vibes. The place is clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Loved the atmosphere and the service. A great spot to enjoy good food and nature together!

Excellent food and best service treat resort silvasa was very nice place. Zaika resturant is best for pure veg food taste of food was very nice specially thanks to ms.Shreya is very helpful and friendly.and ms. Roma was also good service.

Nice Food, amazing amazing, cozy atmosphere. Sever Roma very nice. View is amazing outside food area. Most recommended.
