Stop and Go Boutique Hotel

Rooms are dirty, smelly, things are broken and unclean, even curtain, blanket, bedsheet. There is water leak inside our room, when i inform the staff they were just said because of the heavy rain without any support to change room

This place say Since 1982 and yes they are struck in 1982 with their quality and services. The rooms are old and dirty. We stayed on a ground floor room for 3 nights and we struggled with 3 specific things on room 1. A bathroom that never get dry.. even after cleaning 2. A room that is colder than outside 3. Except last morning we never had hot water in room On service front 1. They charge 50 percent of a room price for extra bed and yes that extra bed is a mattress on floor. 2. They say breakfast includes and that breakfast is essentially eggs with few sliced banh mi and a noodle that is far from good with banana and so called juice/tea /coffee. I was so disappointed that on last day I purchased breakfast from outside 3. They don’t want to issue rightful VAT invoice for service availed. They mention we will issue from our other hotel. I am definitely going to make a complaint on this with Vietnam tax authority 4. The staff in general is far from helpful I will not recommend this hotel to any one. Btw location of this hotel is good
