"Overall, my stay was very disappointing because of several avoidable issues. First, I was initially checked into the wrong room and had to move to another one later. When it was finally time to move, I had to carry all of my luggage by myself. The hotel has a shuttle, but nobody could drive it, so it was useless. The new room had no Wi-Fi, and to make matters worse, the room phone didn’t work either. Every time I needed assistance, I had to walk all the way back to the reception in person. I went there multiple times, politely asking them to fix the internet. They eventually sent a technician, but instead of fixing the problem, he kept insisting that the Wi-Fi was working properly when it clearly wasn’t. After several trips to the reception, the issue was finally resolved. A guest shouldn’t have to repeatedly walk to reception just because the room phone doesn’t work and basic services like Wi-Fi are unavailable. I can estimate it really low, more problems that pluses. Very disappointing and do not worth money at all - 3/10"
