The hotel is very close to the futa bus station and is convenient for travel. I really like the architectural style of the hotel, it is unique. The temperature in Dalat is very suitable. Even if there is only an electric fan in the room, you will not feel too hot. Finally, it would be better if breakfast is provided

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

Instagrammable Place. Lovely View. Reasonable Price. Need to walk about 20-30 mins to the downtown night market area. Can take Grab bike/Grab taxi for faster option. Nearby hotel has a local chicken soup shop and have to try it. It mix the whole chicken with bamboo shoot and instant noodle. We can opt out the season powder if we want healthier option. The staffs cannot speak English well but they are helpful and still can communicate what we want and what we need. Please note that hotel breakfast is only one, which is day of the breakfast meal eg, Vietnamese Traditional Noodle or Traditional Bread with Traditional Tea. But No coffee serving. Its good for me with the budget that I paid. Overall, I still love to go back again to that hotel because of the killer view from my room which can oversee the mountain and colorful houses.

My second time visit. This hotel does not disappoint me as always. Kind services, peaceful environment, clean facilities etc. When I go to the downtown, it's very easy to take taxi. They are waiting us almost every chance when we need. Anyway this hotel is the place I choose whenever I visit DALAT.

2 days 1 night trip with family at Villa Tea Resort Prenn hotel. The receptionist is very friendly, check-in support is very quick. Electric cars transport guests very comfortably and conveniently. The restaurant is spacious, with many delicious and family-friendly dishes. Will come back every year!

A good hotel with a beautiful area and a beautiful view of the lake and forest. There are 2 rooftop terraces with an even more wonderful view. The territory is landscaped, there are places to sit with a large company. Now about the cons: 1. There is no refrigerator in the room. 2. Poor soundproofing of the rooms, you can hear neighbors with children and sounds from the street. 3. Breakfasts. I do not recommend buying them, every day the same thing, after a few days it gets boring. You can choose only scrambled eggs or noodles, nothing else. 4. Optional staff. We agreed to rent a bike, discussed the time and other nuances. But at the appointed time they said that there was no bike and there would not be. We let it down very much, we had to change plans.
