We came to this area of the city for just one day and stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location. The staff is very friendly and polite, we were immediately offered a hot drink because it was very cold outside. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is varied.

First time staying at Atour, very disappointing... As soon as I walked in, I found that the toilet seat was not clean and had obvious stains. I called the front desk and asked if I wanted to change rooms. I said just clean it for me. The housekeeper came over and took a long time to fix it for me, but it fell off. I was too lazy to change rooms. Moreover, the soundproofing was so poor that I could clearly hear the movements of a couple in the next room, which was quite intense... It was also very noisy in the morning, and I could clearly hear the conversation next door in the morning! When I checked out, the front desk asked me about my stay experience, so I told me so. The front desk was very nice, apologized, and said they would upgrade my room next time... With this soundproofing, who would want to stay here again? Atour's experience...what else can I say about its quality...
