The staff makes you most welcome to the hotel. Since we are muslim, their breakfast chef personally cooked hot pancakes for us. Really appreciate the special attention by all the staff for us. Tq

Positives. Easy check-in. Clean room. No added extras that I didn't need. Firm, but comfortable bed. Negatives. I couldn't operate the T.V remote. The air-conditioning only blows hot air. And there's no stores nearby. (Only a KFC and Chinese fresh food market 5 minutes walk away) But: The room lighting was nice. And thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. They put power outlets beside the bed, and provided static charging pads for your phone. I've never seen this before, even in 5 star hotels. It was so convenient to actually be able to plug my computer in, and not have to carry power boards and USB cables for phone charging. Great idea, and very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. No real complaints. Oh, and not a bad breakfast. Well done to the cooks for trying to provide Western food along with the standard Chinese breakfast. We booked the hotel as we were catching an early flight the next day. Good service, lovely room and great breakfast. Only fault is, we should of booked for longer! Forget Hilton or other 5 stsr hotels, Atour is the way forward.

It's been so long since I reviewed it. I was in transit and stayed overnight just to find a hotel that was close to me. The plane was delayed. The weather was bad and it was snowing. The roads were dirty and too cold. I couldn't go out for dinner at night. Fortunately, there was a late night porridge restaurant so I didn't go hungry. I got up early to have breakfast on New Year's Eve the next day. When I was leaving, the restaurant gave two children small gifts. It was so thoughtful. The overall experience was great!

Came to the hotel to check in at midnight. The front desk guy was on duty during the Spring Festival. The attitude of all service staff was very good. The quality of Atour hotels is ok. Maybe I came to sleep in the middle of the night. The room was quite quiet. There was a lot of breakfast. The service was warm. There were candies and water when checking out. The satisfaction was good. It was a good choice for going out. It was not far from the airport to take a taxi and it was easy to park.

The staff was very welcoming. I checked in very late that day. The room I was assigned for the first time faced the street. I called the front desk and the staff actively helped me change the room. They sent the room card up and took me to the new room. It is very close to the airport, which is convenient for temporary overnight stay.
