When you book a suite for 4 you should be guaranteed 4 people beds
Couch was not a sleeper- therefore we had to roll a bed in and someone sleep on the couch….unacceptable

This was my second time at this property, and I must say it doesn't disappoint! I will stay here every time I visit Dallas. The staff is thee best! I was checked in by Ms. Roshandra who for and employee who has been there only 6 months, was very knowledgable.
Kudos to The Sheraton for having her on the front line. Now the breakfast.......soooo good!! I cannot say enough about this awesome property.
