Occidental Paradise Dambulla

The room was comfortable and a welcome luxury from the heat outside. Turn down service with slippers placed beside our bed and water on the bedside table was a lovely touch. We felt pampered. The highlight for us were the onsite adventure games and hikes. Our 12 year old enjoyed the adventure games as did we. The hike was through a forest that is adjacent the hotel. The 360 view atop the rock we climbed was spectacular. Our adventure guide, Janaka, was engaging and encouraged those of us who were not as daring as the 12 year old. Safety was explained thoroughly and demonstrated at every juncture. We were well equipped to handle and enjoy the experience to the fullest because of Janaka’s diligence. Food was tasty and well-presented. Restaurant service and room service both excellent. Special thanks to the Executive Chef and Gerard for making sure everything was in order. Our special thanks to Rajitha at the restaurant for the attentive service. Cutlery replaced, glasses refilled and special requirements met throughout. Our stay at Occidental Paradise Dambulla exceeded our expectations. We will be back soon!

The rooms are really big, nicely decorated and well maintained. The complex of the hotel is also really nice. There is a pool, a volleyball field and a little playground. Unfortunately, they didn’t have enough loungers at the pool. The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle which is why there are many animals like monkeys and peacocks running around the area. The food and the service was also great. They also offer massages.

the most beautiful hotel in Sri Lanka. amazing environment, great service, good Food, the best work man especially - Dulshan gamage, who gave me the best cocktail in the world!!!! Never forget in this night in Paradise hotel . maybe I'll get here again sometime. thank you!

The best experience I have ever had, The stuff is super friendly. I had a small insect bite by the pool after that we told the stuff they brought a lime to reduce the infection there. Even the manger in charge came to me to ask if everything is fine with where I had the bite. The room is Spacious too, Overall the experience is superb. I hope to come here soon

Everything is nice, so beatiful. Staff is so polite, cuisine is so delicious. Room and bathroom are so wide and nice. Because it is located in the forest, weather iş less humudity rather than other places we stay. We can experience much variety of traditional Sri Lanka cuisine and like so much.

We were particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Dinusha, Sandun, and Dinithi, to name a few. Their dedication and attentiveness truly made our stay memorable. What we liked the most was the warm welcome and the feeling of being at home away from home. The hospitality and comfort provided truly made our stay exceptional. Additionally, the wide range of leisure activities available for both kids and adults ensured that we never felt the need to leave the property. It was a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment for the entire family. We particularly liked the room setup, especially the duplex design and the spaciousness. It provided a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, making our stay very enjoyable. Moreover, we particularly enjoyed the kids' activities and the opportunity to cycle around the property. These features provided great entertainment and exercise for the whole family, enhancing our overall experience. The service at Orchid Buffet Restaurant was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. What we liked the most was the excellent taste of the food. It was consistently delicious throughout our stay.
