Great location, clean, value for money, helpful and pleasant staff. Ali night reception staff was amazing, went out of his way to help. No restaurant on site but plenty of choice around. Asked for quiet room which means doesnt have a sea view, but it was very quiet and pleasant even without the view.

Great experience loved the view Great views great staff. I enjoyed the activities they had during the week. The text messages about what was happening there was activity for adults and kids. They had information available

The property was nice and convenient to the beach. However, the staff needed to be more friendly. The counter person provided no direction/instructions on the property.
The bed was not comfortable, it had fuzz balls. Overall stay was ok, but won’t stay their again.

Capistrano Surfside Inn is located on the Pacific Coast Highway about midway between LA and San Deigo. It has access to the beach via an elevated walkway across the Metro Line tracks. The locaton is close to many restaurants and local attractions. The sunsets over the Pacific are amazing!

This place is prepared! The night we ate there it had rained and the mosquitos were out. Not to worry they had mosquito coils and bug spray available for guests. Dinner was delicious. Service was kind and friendly. Would definitely go again.

For the most part, I was terrified. I am disabled, and they put me on the third floor near the elevator. However, the elevator was not working for half our time here. I was trapped on the third floor without the elevator since I could not use the stairs. If there were a fire, I am in big trouble. Not only that but when we have to leave, how will we carry our belongings down three floors? They are not safe for the disabled, and not even nice about it. Never again.

Room 212 faces the cliff but the worst part is there is an exhaust vent that comes from the laundry that is loud and had a gas/ bleach smell. After sitting in the patio for a half an hour we got headaches. The bed was like a rock, after one night a great backache. I did ask for a pad and they put a queen size on a king bed. That room is by the elevator so it was noisy with people getting off and on it. It has a wonderful layout and a older jacuzzi tub that worked

Many little flies constantly bothering you on patio. Very small pool. Elevator broken 3 days of trip. There is no outdoor quiet lounge area. Beach across street is all rocks and requires shoes. Bikes and beach chairs available for use is great!

We are so sorry we totally forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff this time.
