I love this place! Usually prefer HGI but the staff is incredible! Wish every Homewood was this great! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Wish I could have their level of service in every hotel. Would use them for training videos. Including their Safety for the guest!

The hotel had an issue with leaking water pipes and left its guests without any water between 10:00 am- 6:30 pm ( and counting). They didn’t offer to provide water bottles or anything of this kind to us, only said that they didn’t know when the water will be restored. Terrible business practice, unsanitary conditions. We just checked out and left. Will never stay in this establishment again.

What a fantastic property. Everyone was very welcoming from the desk staff to the breakfast crew. What I noticed most was the unbelievable cleanliness of our room. Great selection for breakfast, and a great seating area to gather with friends outside. We will definitely be back.

This might be my favorite hotel we’ve stayed in. The staff was GREAT- from the front desk to housekeeping. You don’t find that much these days in hotels. The breakfast had great options and my kids loved it. If we are ever in the area we will definitely stay here again!

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Social nights are back and Dorthy glows as she greets you and serves refreshments and beverages. GM Cynthia works great with her team and she also speaks to the guest. She is the first GM I have seen working at a social and talking to the guest. I have also seen her walking the halls with her employees. Scott and Rhaena are a great sales team. Not only do they work great to get groups the best rate, they follow up with you to make sure you are happy. If you want a room with great lighting, a CEILING FAN, decent breakfast choices, great pillows, and friendly staff this place is top knotch.

The hotel is great in so many ways! Great verity of pillows (and I love a firm pillow) and the beds are great (no lumps) and the room has plenty of lights and the ceiling fan. If that is not enough to brag about Frank is always walking around checking for safety (I witnessed him checking fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and asking me if everything was ok with my room. He also stayed late during a horrid weather (tornado warnings) to make sure the hotel was "storm ready". Same action was taken during cold winter storm. Thanks for going above and beyond to look out for your guest safety!

Morgan was working the front desk when I showed early. Friendly and helpful, she was apologetic that a room wasn't available even though I was early.
The next day, Mandy was working the breakfast bar and I showed up at 9 (late), but she helped me to still get breakfast including making a waffle for me.
Friendly, helpful people make any stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you for the 5-star treatment.
As for changes, my room had an air condition unit that was loud.
