Decent value for the cost conscious traveler. The better rating got our attention.

Could have been better breakfast selection but no funky smells and the lady up front was very nice! Roxanne :)

I was charged for bed sheets because they said they were stained. They sheets were old , and I never been charged for bed sheets because of stains. Sounds like they didn’t want to wash them and just keep them on the bed. Gross!

Me and my family stay here all the time we’ve had no problems yet that we could complain about. The cleanliness is on point every time. I love this property and we’ll be back soon

Upon arrival, the receptionist was quite rude. He just gave us our keys and carried on with his day. We had to inquired the breakfast hours and WiFi code, which should have been provided. The rooms need major cosmetic upgrading. For the most, housekeeping was visible and did there best daily. However, the stains on the carpet, visible mold on the sink/ bathtub, the deterioration of the room door framing was peeling on the carpet. I know people will say you pay for what you get. This was not my expectation with the name of a well known hotel displayed. Lastly, I thought it was real unprofessional for the night receptionist to have a child at the front desk. With a truck stop next door, I felt that was inappropriate and unsafe.

DISGUSTING!!!... it looks NOTHING LIKE the photos and it was the filthiest place I ever laid my head... There is SOME MUCH to say about this place... its not enought characters to do so... We didnt shower and I slept with my clothes on and socks on and switched out my socks before slipping back on my shoes... had (2) rooms adjancent from eachother...in the morning I went to knock on out 2nd room door and blurted out: lets go, this place is NASTY... and a guy at the elevator said: I told my girlfriend that this is the nastiness place we ever been at and we will never come again...we laughed and went back and forth about how nasty it was... he said: I refuse to take my clothes off here and I slept on top of the sheets... I laughed and said ME TOO!! and I

did not mention its between too truckstops ,booked 2 rooms one ok other dirty,not enough food for all guests for breakfast, will not stay there again.

Clean, quiet updated hotel. Great location set back from the road with lots of restaurants walking distance.

I usually stay here but this time something was different. The room was clean as usual. The heater was not functioning correctly. I called and was told to check the wall unit. I had it set for 80 but could fill no heat. No one came to check the system and waking up to a 50 degree room was unpleasant. It was freezing temps outside. Hopefully better next time.
