The best hotel!!! So clean, Amazing staff. It had a balcony and the room had ac. I would definitely go back.
The guy working the front desk was so kind and caring.

The staff was really good and accommodating, was disappointed that the restaurant was not open and they couldn't serve the breakfast I paid for and had to fight with my booking agent to get refunded. Also the pool was nice but was freezing cold.

This hotel only gave two bottles of mineral water on the first day of our stay. We stayed for 7 days and there was no water for the next 6 days. Rooms were very well appointed but like most hotels there is a little mold issue in the shower. The only other issue was the duvet, while cuddly warm did not breath well so a little sweaty. Overall still a 9 out of 10. I tend to be a little critical as I outfit 5 star hotels.
