退房時前台人員小聲嘟囔一句：“催什麼催”説著當地話雖然聲音小但是我也聽見了！然而，我並沒有催，六點多快七點去退房前台沒有人，衹有個看門大叔，態度很好説人去廁所了稍等，我就沒吭聲，前台人匆匆跑來，我説辦理退房，然，就那麼説一句不中聽的話！並且很隨意一張廢紙讓寫開票訊息，説了幾遍抬頭四行開全，依然沒開全，發票不能報銷使用，直到最後走，前台人員還説“剛才我又不是説你的”🙂

服務員熱情，環境也衞生，正值旅遊季節，價格調高，建議提前預訂，晚上五樓有人貌似**，比較吵鬧，與這麼好的酒店不和諧，建議以後不要吵鬧，出門在外，累了一天，圖的就是安靜。

位置不錯，離北嶽恆山，懸空寺都很近，酒店入口就是後山景區入口處，輕奢舒適型酒店，裡邊裝修非常好，全屋語音智能控制，設施新，衞生乾淨，周圍也很方便，中餐火鍋，燒烤，鐵鍋燉都有，酒店二樓也有餐廳，有當地特色。

酒店位置好，可以免費停車，離懸空寺、恆山景區近，開車5分鐘，衞生條件好，服務周到熱情，酒店設施比較新，有電動窗簾，衞生間乾濕分離，十分滿意的入住體驗，這個價位能住的環境衞生都這麼好的酒店很難得

作為渾源縣城這算好的酒店了，二層餐飲，三層以上是住宿，旺季價格稍微高點，離懸空寺幾分鐘車程，早餐吃飽沒問題，品類中規中矩，就是預訂的房間靠着廚房風機，晚上睡覺前能停，但第二天早晨五點半就轟隆起來，確實影響睡眠。還有就是房間無蚊香，早晨孩子被蚊子咬五六個疙瘩

酒店緊鄰通往恆山的恆山南路路邊，距離渾源古城兩公里左右，有獨立的停車場，交通方便，區位優勢明顯，下樓出門即有餐飲店。房間很大，設施完善先進，服務人員訓練有素。酒店免費升級了景觀房，拉開窗簾，開窗見山，宏偉的恆山盡入眼底，晉北山野初夏的嫩綠淺黃讓人心曠神怡，體驗感很好。唯一的遺憾就是入住的第二天中午酒店一樓好像有婚宴舉行，使用的音響聲音過大對中午午休有所影響。

這次入住體驗感特別棒，酒店房間出乎我意料的大，差不多有30平左右，酒店的服務員態度也很好，很親和，熱情，會介紹好玩的，好吃的，給出的建議很實用。有免費的停車場，房間內設有小茶台。周邊去哪都很方便，房間很舒適，環境好，衞生乾淨，價格也不貴！退房前台小姐姐還送了一份伴手禮，裡邊有當地的黃芪，醋，小零食等。超級貼心！會推薦朋友來住。
