Palm Wings Kusadasi Beach Resort&Spa

Visited Palm Wings Beach Resort for a week in October 2023 with my partner. Out of season, however we still had an enjoyable experience. Hotel itself was lovely, clean and well maintained. In short - main reason for 3/5 is mainly due to the extremely poor and disappointing entertainment & animation team, and the somewhat mediocre food served. Room: We had a regular room was always cleaned every day by the cleaners, who always said hello every morning. We was very lucky to have a stunning sea-view where we watched the sun set most nights. HOWEVER - Our door looked to have been kicked in previously and fixed on the cheap - this concerned us a little but still locked. Staff: The staff at the hotel were mostly extremely friendly and helpful - however some were notably miserable and few bar staff were rude at times. I heard a few couples complain about them during our stay. Hotel: The hotel was lovely and clean and the green areas were watered daily. Pool area was nice however blasted loud music during most of the day - which was okay however repeated the same music. The hotel had a kids area and slides, which looked quite good. Food & drinks: Food was a bit hit & miss. I did enjoy a lot of the food however I did notice that some nights the chicken was quite pink - my partner didn’t want to eat some meats as she was pregnant at the time of travel & didn’t want to take any risks. The grill was nice most nights however did not even see it until 5 days in as it was very tucked away from the rest of the food buffet. Deserts were very nice & baklava was so gorgeous! Drinks were ok - but cocktails were watered down, but that’s to be expected. ‘Entertainment’: The entertainment was honestly abysmal and is the main reason for 3/5. Don’t get me wrong, for a few nights we had really good entertainment - especially the African dancers and Turkish night. However to say a RAFFLE is entertainment for one night is a joke. This happened twice and these raffle tickets are sold at 10 euro for 2. For the prises too, this is a rip off. Since the raffle ‘entertainment’ we skipped watching it half-way through the holiday and instead played in the games room - which was very good! The entertainment team was also quite rubbish. I understand that it was close to closing period (Nov-Jan I think), they did not seem bothered and put 0 effort into encouraging people to get involved! ALSO - NO DAYTIME ENTERTAINMENT APART FROM DARTS! On the TUI website, we was told water sports - netball, water aerobics etc but none of this happened. Was very disappointed with this and left us with a ‘nothing to do’ feeling in the evenings after food. OVERALL - We did not regret this holiday as we did enjoy it, however we’re left disappointed by the entertainment & average food.

I can't understand how this hotel has so many positive reviews? It was suggested on other reviews that staff and friends of write alot of the reviews, but obviously don't know if it's true. Right where shall I start? The hotel and grounds are very pleasant and extremely well kept and tidy. The room we has was fine on the 2nd attempt, we changed room on day 2, due to a horrible view and shockingly inept shower. This hotel is in the middle of a residential area and alot of inland views overlook local homes and miles from anywhere. The pool is spacious and loads of sunbeds available even in the late morning. The water temperature was fine once you got used to it. The beach area is fine although the sea was very choppy due to the strong winds so we didn't go in the sea..... Ok now the bad points.... The food in the main restaurant is appalling, other reviews have described it as luke warm, I would go as far to say most dishes are not even that hot... we witnessed people using the microwave. Everyday we actually ate in the snack bar so we could get hot food. We go all inclusive with our holidays so we can enjoy nice food and drink and all the local cuisine on offer. Sadly here we have been unable to enjoy any of the food in the main restaurant due to the temperature of the food. Absolutely shocking as this hotel is supposed to be a 4/5 star and the standard of food is nowhere near that. Breakfast is a mixture of cold eggs and leftovers from the night before ( veg and mashed potatoes??) I had breakfast cereal most mornings as nothing else was appealing. We never ate lunch in the main restaurant. We A majority of the staff are quite rude and the service non existent at times. I actually thought I was invisible at times, as I was ignored. Obviously this is only my opinion on the hotel so people can make their own mind up. We would 100% not stay here again nor recommend it to anybody. It's a real shame as we were really looking forward to a lovely week of all inclusive that we have been used to with all our previous holidays, unfortunately this hotel is nowhere near standard.

Fantastic holiday at Palm Wings Beach Resort and Spa. From the second we walked through the doors we were impressed by the the look of the place. Absolutely spotless. Helpful reception and bell boys. Nice little bar in the lobby and a games room. Lovely rooms, I just booked standard but it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Maybe it would be an idea to change the bedside cabinets for ones with more drawer space. Lovely bathroom with big shower cubicle. Fridge stocked with soft drinks and water. Beautiful gardens. What struck me about this place was the attention to detail. There was a gardener there daily lovingly attending to the grounds, cleaners day and night making sure everything was clean and tidy and bins were emptied, there was even a guy on the private beach dusting sand off the sunbeds and straightening them into neat lines! Lovely big pool with separate kids bit on the other side with slides. Next to this was the adult water slides which were fun. Loads of sunbeds. Outdoor snack bar was great, little pizzas, hot dogs, pasta, salad, burgers. Stall with ice cream and Turkish woman making bread. We didn't really use the shop but it looked well stocked. Large main buffet restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We loved the food, very fresh, tasty, well presented. Lots of choice. Chefs cooking fresh stuff and joint of the day. Chef carved off what you wanted. We loved the beef en croute. Upstairs there's a large indoor seating area with a coffee shop and cake counter. Then you walk out onto the roof terrace bar. Great view of the nightly shows from up there, and beautiful sunsets over the sea. On this level are the A La Carte restaurants. We managed to book the Italian and it was fabulous, 4 courses. Book early on in your stay if you want to eat in one of these. We used the outside bar near the exit to the beach alot for water and soft drinks. Beach is lovely with lots of sunbeds. Very shallow water, great for kids as you have to walk quite a long way out before you're up to you knees in seawater. Water sports on the beach. Path and separate cycle lane which goes for miles if you fancy a long stroll or a bike ride. Bust stop right outside the hotel on the opposite side of the road into Kusadasi, number 34. There's usually a man there with a radio who'll help you get to Shere you want to go. Big market on Wednesdays in kusadasi, A few little supermarkets in the area if you want sweets, snacks cigs etc. We found the WiFi very good. So if you want a hotel/beach based holiday then this place is ideal. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday wonderful. Highly recommend, amazing entertainment, they are really lovely and make amazing show amazing activity all day and all night have activity we enjoy our holiday absolutely we will come back here in entertainment team Romeo and Mario our favourite Guy and also hotel staff very friendly,helpful thank you for everything see you next year

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were very welcoming and very friendly, from reception, to the bar, to the entertainment team! There was plenty of variety for food, it was difficult to go hungry! The snack bar was really nice, the view from the main restaurant was beautiful! The hotel was very well maintained, beautiful interiors and we loved every minute of it! We would absolutely go back again! The entertainment in the evening was also incredible, however, it was perhaps a little late at night! Shows didn’t start until 9:30, and for children that could be quite late as the mini disco didn’t start until 8:45/9pm. BUT still absolutely worth the watch!! The animation team were really friendly (Romeo, Gigi, and Sergei I think) were always happy to talk and have a laugh, they went above and beyond for entertaining! Would definitely go here again, we did the Ephesus Tour and the 4x4 Jeep safari which were utterly incredible! We also did the spa (bronze package), fully recommend!! Our skin was buttery smooth. 5* all round

Hotel was very nice the rooms and the WC so clean ,the food the restaurant,the animation team also working hard and so friendly smiling and spending time with us always they really made the holiday so nice and special the beach and the bar was also good I liked it so much

The hotel is lovely and modern. The room was kept very clean each day by friendly staff. The location is 2 hours transfer from Izmir. There is nothing to do locally to the hotel so be prepared to stay on resort or pay for trips further out. The hotel was on the beach with security checking only guests made use of it. There were plenty of loungers with shade available. The beach was a nice fine sand. The pool was a good size but very cold. There were plenty of loungers with some empty at the start of the holiday (end of April) but by the end it got busy. The food was good with a lot of choice and it was actually warm. The staff were excellent, very attentive to your needs. The drinks offered a good selection with lovely cocktails and Efes on tap. The snack bar near the pool had plenty of choice but the service was a bit slow. The entertainment team were fabulous, especially Mario, Romeo and Sterling. They involved guests in activities and offered a great choice of things to do if required. Sterling was really friendly and made us feel welcome. He arranged football on the beach and really got involved with the guests. The night shows were excellent with magic, acrobats, singers, dancers and bingo. Overall this was a brilliant holiday at a lovely hotel.

Well what can I say about this hotel the hotel it’s self was beautiful the views like no other and as for the hotel staff so helpful and welcoming I have to say that the entertainment team Gigi, bella, sterling, sabri, Romeo and Mario we amazing they are some of the best people I have ever met they have a laugh with you and make your holiday so special I’m so grateful for them all making this holiday the best one that I have ever been on I just want to say thank you to you all you are incredible the entertainment was amazing every night and the activities though the day well I had the best time

(Good points) The hotel was very clean are room was lovey. staff where great nothing was to much trouble for them. The pool entertainment and night time entertainment was very good. The pool snack bar was good food there was ok (Bad points) The food in the main restaurant was only warm could be a health risk should have been a lot hotter. Wine was not very nice. I had to ask for the bedding to be changed.
