My tv didn’t work and my pullout bed had springs sticking up so bad they left marks in my body when I woke up

We had a great stay. The hotel and our room were very clean. All staff that we encountered were very nice and professional. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Overall stay was good. Room could have been cleaner. There were crumbs on the carpet and some sticky areas as well. Iron did not work properly.

Their breakfast was delicious. It’s free and it’s not just a Continental breakfast, but a full buffet. The room was extremely clean and they were okay with my 75 lb black lab.

We loved our 2 night stay here! Beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable, quiet, amazing beds and pillows…. Everything you’d want in a home away from home ❤️. The kids really loved the heated pool!

Bottled Water was available.
Dog friendly and there were many of all sizes.
Breakfast had gluten free options and almond milk.
Coffee lacked coffee flavor.
Walls in room were needing repair, and walls seemed thin as you could hear dogs barking and growling.

Give Paul a raise! Whatever he’s being paid he deserves double. Friendly, accommodating with excellent customer service. Our room was ok. Doubt it was cleaned before we checked in. Breakfast was good. Better then most.
