連鎖店裡麪設施都差不多，床品還不錯。服務很好，住了兩晚，每晚都有送甜品，每次都不一樣。
房間設施挺新的，無煙味，隔音不錯，晚上睡覺很安靜。地理位置一般。

房間挺乾淨的，看得出來打掃的也乾淨，就是這個價格過年期間可以理解，但漲了好幾倍就有點不值得了！不過酒店前台服務不錯，客房需要什麼反應也挺快，總體還是不錯的！

新開業，品質一如既往，每次旅遊衹要有維也納都訂，沒有讓我失望，大年三十，酒店還特地放了十幾箱禮花，節日氛圍棒棒👍👍，晚上有小湯圓夜宵，走時還有一盒水果

酒店位置就在下高速不遠，很方便的，免費停車，房間衞生乾淨，設施還比較新，服務周到，有早餐，晚上服務員還送上兩碗小湯圓，很噯心。

到雲南旅遊途徑德昌縣，由於成都出城較晚，到德昌縣已經17點30分，選擇距高速出入口近的酒店維也納，真的非常好，停車方便、環境清靜、服務好、早餐也不錯。

就在高速路的邊上，環境還不錯，進城也方便。在賓館房間可以遠眺德昌城的標誌性建築鳳凰閣，過個馬路可以在安寧河步道散步。

對這個酒店真的無語了，服務態度差，房間有異味，最主要是住了三天，前兩天就能打通我的電話問我續不續房，到第三天週一了就説打不通我電話了，全世界都打得通就你們酒店前台打不通，問續不續房不應該是你們酒店的義務？還是因為默認我要續住懶得打？更奇葩的是超時兩個小時去退房，説一個小時給30塊錢我也認了，結果給我説還有30塊錢的清潔打掃費用（給的理由是保潔阿姨下班了房間就打掃不了，相當於其他客人就不能住了），我也認了，我叫前台把房卡給我刷開拿東西，連續上去了兩次都打不開，結果我驚呆了保潔阿姨就出現在我面前把門給我打開，我説謝謝您了，進去房間就把被子折了，床單都沒有換，煩請前台小姐姐不要騙人喲，真的是氣安逸了，給錢的時候我沒有猶豫，寫評論的時候我猶豫了，因為我覺得會不會不好，第一次寫差評，以後再也不會住這家酒店了，請各位睜大眼睛
