We had a wonderful stay at Residence Kriss. The genuine hospitality of this hotel surpassed our expectation. The excellence of this hotel was due to the friendliness and the professionalism of the owner and the hotel staff. The clean apartment with an abundance of amenities was enjoyed by my husband and I. We loved our breakfast each morning served by Maria. Another added bonus was the close walking distance to the train station. We conveniently took the train to the Cinque Terre to hike. We highly recommend this hotel to experience the fabulous ambiance of great Italian hospitality!

Résidence de vacances très sympa, calme et très propre. Elle se situe à deux pas de la plage, de la gare et le site des cinq terres est facile d’accès. Merci à Franco et à son épouse pour toutes leurs gentilles attentions. Le service est excellent !!!

Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes accueillis en français. Un accueil très sympathique ! La patronne m'aide et me guide pour mettre ma voiture au garage. Ensuite elle nous présente le studio, toujours chaleureusement. Le studio est d'une propreté irréprochable. La personne au petit déjeuner très souriante et gentille. Notre séjour à été parfait. De plus idéalement situé près de la gare pour rejoindre les 5 terres. Et la plage est à 5minutes.

Tutto perfetto! Bilocale spazioso, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio: materassi comodi, tapparelle elettriche che chiudono perfettamente permettendo di non far filtrare la luce, arredamento nuovo, attrezzatura della cucina con tutto il necessario e di più. Deliziosi set di cortesia per l'igiene personale e della cucina. Biancheria letto e bagno di qualità eccellente. Un dettaglio mai trovato altrove: il telo copridivano per garantire al meglio l'igiene e il confort allo stesso tempo. Titolari sempre presenti e disponibili a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti con naturalezza e cortesia. Molto comoda, oltre che magnifica sotto il profilo dell'impronta ecologica, la macchina distributrice di acqua. Saremo felici di tornare. silvia e adele

ci siamo andati con una coppia di amici, su consiglio di altri amici, devo dire che è un residence di prim'ordine, gestito da titolari Franco e Moglie, estremamente simpatici, cortesi e mooooolto disponibili. ma così i loro collaboratori, comprese le signore delle pulizie. E' un residence in formula all inclusive-spiaggia-parcheggio ed acqua depurata liscia e gassata a totale disposizione dei clienti; hanno anche un bar gelateria e dei tavolini esterni dove passare eventualmente la serata. unica pecco, secondo me è che i piani superiori fronte mare, potrebbero essere dotati di tende da sole, in quanto il terrazzino a disposizione rimane al sole fino a pomeriggio e questo vieta di poterci pranzare... ma ripeto è solo un mio sfizio quello di mangiare all'aperto . Lo consiglio vivamente. è in una posizione tranquilla, a 2 passi dal mare tralaltro molto pulito ed è comodo i servizi ed alla stazione ferroviaria. Sinceramente mi ha un po' deluso il paese, me lo immaginavo come i tipici paesi liguri sul mare con i caruggi e le viuzze, che non erano presenti forse perchè è la parte "nuova" di Deiva, il paese vecchio inizia dopo la ferrovia

Ottimo residence Appartamenti spaziosi e molto pulito. Zona tranquilla in una piazzetta chiusa. Niente traffico. Vicinissimo alla stazione che ti porta alle 5 terre. Gestori disponibili e gentili. Tornerei sicuramente se dovessi tornare da quelle parti. 😊

Abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale dotato di ogni confort e servizio. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda, si raggiunge a piedi in pochissimi minuti sia la stazione ferroviaria che la spiaggia. Comodo per visitare le 5 terre, ma anche per vacanza al mare. Consigliato!!

Fantastisk lejlighedshotel, med de sødeste værter og deres personale. Stor hjælp med alt vi havde brug for at vide. Morgenmaden kunne man købe på hotellet, og det var virkelig godt. God beliggenhed tæt på tog, som man hurtigt kunne komme til Cinque Terre.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento Ginestra a piano terra negli appartamenti in piazzetta. Siamo stati molto bene, appartamento silenzioso, pulitissimo e super attrezzato di tutto, microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, tendone elettrico che ti permette di pranzare nel tavolo fuori. Molto apprezzato il posto auto e il riassetto dell'appartamento a metà soggiorno con cambio asciugamani. Bella anche l'opportunità di prendere acqua fresca, naturale e frizzante da un distributore messo a disposizione nella hall. Cristina e Franco sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Bravi davvero! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi.
