First I chose this place because I was working nearby. It's about 20 minutes walk from the beach. There is a large shopping supermarket and restaurant area around, which is quite convenient. The room I lived in was a garden-view room with a balcony. Because it was on the first floor, it was cool under the two big trees at the door. I cannot tell you how Barbara, one of the managers here was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. When I got to the airport, I had realized that I LOST my wedding ring. I looked everywhere for it, I had called the hotel and Barbara answered, knew who I was when just checking out 20 minutes before and runs in and finds the ring and says. ”The ring is in my hand, I am keeping it in a safe deposit box until you know how to get it back to Dallas” - I was so relieved and she got the ring, and took it to FedEx to have it sent back and she was in communication with me until the ring was back in my possession. Cannot say enough good things about. her, truly in for her customers and an absolute life saver! Not sure if anyone reads these... but she deserves a raise. We had a great experience and absolutely will be coming back. I will be there every quarter or so. Thank you Barbara!
