We got a free upgrade to a club room. The room was amazing. Very clean, hygienic. The staff was polite but it felt like the hotel had less staff to cater to soo many customers. Rest everything was great. The location isnt the best but overall great stay.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It’s a lovely, modern and very well maintained hotel. The highlight was the staff that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Service is incredible! Both the restaurants have fantastic food and again the staff at the restaurants are just lovely!

I used it for sightseeing in Delhi. Location: It takes about 15 minutes by car from tourist areas such as Old Delhi. I took an uber from Humayun's Tomb to the hotel, but it seemed that I had to pass through a toll road, which cost an additional 200 rupees. Facilities: Clean and fine. There was also a bathtub. The only thing that bothered me a little was the smell of the river in the corridor, probably because there is a river nearby. (The room does not smell) Food: The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items and is satisfying.

The front-desk ***ager Ms Jaspreet Kaur is promptly forthcoming to provide the hotel clients with an unprecedented stay and experience. Mr Irfan at the Cafe Knosh exemplifies impeccable hospitality and service. Thanks a ton to him. Good location and great staff. They take proper care of you and are available to answer any queries 24/7. A certain gentle*** by the name of Charan Singh did a great housekeeping job on my unit. Breakfast is ok and can be full! It seems that an extra bed can be added, but the room is not large and may be crowded. It is better to use a sofa. My room has a bench. Yes, I can go on business. Basically, we go to the conference. We went to this hotel without booking the next Lila Hotel. It ’s not good to bring children. It is very remote. It's not convenient to go to the attractions. There are two malls next to it. Finally, don't stay here if you are not on a business trip, the hotel is fine. When you first arrive, you will suspect that you have taken the wrong place. This is the CBD? This is the CBD of NEW Delhi? Please see the photos

It is very convenient to get to the Airport Express, the subway, and the railway station. The New Delhi subway exit is only a 10-minute walk away, and the surroundings are safe and quiet. The room is clean! The air conditioner power switch is difficult to find, because there is no sign, the waiter can only ask the waiter to find it. Front desk service is not very polite.
