We did not receive an upgrade for our five night stay which was a bit disappointing. we were with our 9 year old grandson, so we opted for two queens which worked out pretty good. the location is a bit of a challenge and has attracted a different sort of clientele and it is not that easy to get to and from the hotel. the room was clean. the breakfast option was limited but the service we received was just fine.

The hotel room itself was spacious and clean and a great value for its price. The bedding was very comfortable and the staff was attentive and informative . The only issue I had which prevented a 5* rating was the difficulty we had getting yo the hotel. The free shuttle only picked up from West side of airport and there was No clear sign or directio as to how to find the shuttle stop. We asked numerous other shuttle drivers while waiting by mistake on the east side of airport and no one corrected us.

The level of passion, kindness and pure sincerity that this entire Team exudes sets them apart from any and all other hotels I have ever experienced. I wanted to take a moment to tell you about our dear friend’s experience this past week and how incredibly grateful, not only the Tan family is for your hospitality but also, how grateful their entire circle of friends and family are and will never forget the once in a lifetime experience that you gave them! Harvey Tan is 6 years old and has the kindest soul that you will ever meet. You can attest if you had the pleasure of meeting him while he visited! He is a one in a million kind of kid who is respectful and sweet and so considerate of everyone around him. Harvey suffered a seizure this past May, which caused the discovery of multiple tumors found in the back of his brain. After an MRI, it was quickly discovered that Harvey had cancer, more specifically, Li Fraumeni. This is a very aggressive type of tumor so, no matter how much of it the neurosurgeon will get out l, the cells are always there beyond what the naked eye can see, growing. He has been given a timeline of 9-24 months. This is not a curable type of cancer. The family is now only buying themselves time with Harvey. Future treatments will likely start in a week, the first being a six week course of radiation somewhere in Texas. With this devastating news, everyone’s goal now is to make the best of the time we have with Harvey and make sure he lives out the happiest life he possibly can with the time he has left. We found out that his favorite band is AJR and that they had a show coming up in Denver prior to his first radiation treatment so we made it a mission to get Harvey to his first ever concert! Concert tickets were handled, flights were secured and then of course it came time to book the hotel, obviously it had to be the best because this kid deserves nothing less. I reached out to the Ritz Carlton Denver as their reputation is regarded as the best, not looking for any handouts or comp rooms, but merely to make the hotel aware of the situation for a Harvey and his mom when they arrived. I had absolutely NO IDEA that this property and Team would have made this the most incredible experience Harvey has ever had and will cherish forever. I want to start by thanking Brad Mills, GM, for personally responding to the initial email sent about Harvey and for personalizing that conversation rather than just sending a generic reply and comping a room. I was in town for a conference and overall had a very good stay. I was there 6 nights They told me at check in that housekeeping was every 2 days. What I found out was that you have to ask at the desk the day before to have them come. I really just need trash pick up and fresh towels. When they did come they did a great job. I had a couple little routine things that needed fixing when I first arrived. The guy came the next morning and took Care of it all. My TV in the living room area volume didn’t work right It only came on very low and sort of out of the back of the TV. It was weird. I only ate breakfast once - I am not a breakfast person- but it was the usual spread as at other Residence Inns. The beds were new and very very comfortable. There are washers and dryers. The washer is $3 in quarters but the machine holds more than my home washer. The dryer I think was $1 for 30 minutes which was plenty of time. Everything was very clean The bad part is that the recent remodeling of the Hotels by Corporate are beautiful but not practical. Instead of all drawers in the clothes chests, there are 2 drawers and a large open area but the open area is colored dark inside. It is very easy to not see an item and leave things behind. Also, the new lights are in the wrong place. The overhead light at the bathroom sink is in the middle of the area half way between the closet and the sink. Whichever way you are looking, you cast a shadow on it because of the light. There are lights in the mirror for make up but they really shine in your eyes. In the kitchen, the light is again in the middle. You cast a shadow trying to do dishes or cook. The light under the microwave over the cooktop is very dim, not useful for anything but a dim nightlight. I had a large flashlight with me that I used to cook. I only go into such detail as the corporate folks need to know. Wish I would have had a trouble light to use for cooking. The cook top is one of the glass/ ceramic type and very difficult to control temp. I am accustomed to a gas stove so that make be part of it. I had an oven in my room which was terrific and allowed me to bake as well. The dishwasher is a little loud. You might want to run it while you are gone. I had a special rate that included parking, otherwise it is $42 per day. The parking has in and out privileges which is unusual for the area. What is nice is that the parking is part of the same building. The lobby is on the first floor then the next few levels are the parking garage floors then the room care above that. The door into the anteroom for the elevate requires a hotel key. The floors with rooms requires a key as well. There is a small bar on the first floor - the bartender was very friendly and kind. They have the usual assortment of high and moderate end liquors and beer and wine. The front desk people were really terrific- kind and helpful day and evening. There is a Trader Joe’s about a mile and a half away. Fairl

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

All the staff I met were very friendly and service oriented. It makes such a difference. The room was clean and very comfortable. I was given a room on the 10th floor with a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains. I actually forgot a fairly expensive item in the room when I left and Janine who answered the phone and the Housekeeping Manager Inna McAllister went out of their way to find and Fedex the item to me in record speed. I have never before succeeded to retrieve an item left behind in a hotel. Best service ever! Thank you so much.

The location is excellent, it is very convenient in the city centre, shopping and eating around. Hotel facilities are new, very clean and upscale, the service is friendly, the phone is hot and so on.
