Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. Only problem we faced was with the parking. The parking garage in the hotel is really narrow and very expensive for overnight parking. However, the room was great and you can walk to different dining areas and shops in the surrounding area

Had issues with the bath and sink. Water was not draining. It was morning when we figured it out so couldnt change rooms or anything because there is no point. We didnt take a shower or anything we just had to go to another hotel for the next night to take a shower

Make sure the heat works not just the thermostat, coffee pot was broke, the fridge made loud noises every time it turned on. Security guard was rude along with janitor mopping the floors.

I didn’t realize that the hotel was so far away from the airport for just an overnight stay. If I was spending more time in Denver then I would enjoy my stay a bit more.

I went out and bought my own pillows and blanket because I wasnt sure about the bedding. It was sketchy. We were on the 11th floor and someone had a pet on the floor because as soon as we got off the elevator it smelled like urine. When we would walk by one of the rooms on our floor there was an overpowering horrible smell of litterbox that had not been cleaned or something along those lines. We both came home with allergies, would not recommend staying here.

The stay was great staff were friendly and helpful. Only "complaint" if you can even call it that is that the shower had a little crack in the corner and the shower head mount was sticking off the wall but there were no problems with the function of the shower so it did not bother me.
