This is a huge property that is suffering like so many others similar to it. Needs maintenance and attention to detail. Several non-working light bulbs, shredded fabric patio dividers, non-matching and dirty patio furniture, ripped and faded screen doors. These things become frustrating and insulting to a guest who is asked to pay their advertised price along with a steep resort fee. Front desk staff was AWESOME, management could step it up!

The rooms are amazing. The service was great. Con was shower dofnt drain good or balcomy chairs look like they were ripping. Ac or fan didnt really blow like it should. Other than that it was good.

The hotel was great. Took advantage of the pool and fitness room. Everything was great. Breakfast too. The bar, the hot tub, and the staff was wonderful. But not the thanksgiving buffet. Had a 415. They bumped me back to 330. No big deal. Food was wonderful, but they started cleaning up 20 minutes after we got there. Ran out of a lot of items. Felt extremely rushed and a little unwelcome because of it. Hence the 4 star.

The hotel charged me $75 a night pet fee when they emailed me that it would be $75 (implied as in the full stay, which is customary at Aloft, Hyatt, and other hotels so a bait and switch move). The manager was defiant is her stance on the $75 per night. The rooms were pores in sound of the hall and neighboring rooms (loud), the furniture was worn, the parties in the hotel leads people to over-drinking of alcohol and someone vomited in front of and in the elevator so for several days that was the smell that greated you entering the hall to get to and from your room, the meal prices were ridiculous for a simple 2 egg breakfast.

I had a horrible time using gift cards that were supposed to be used at Hilton hotel. No one knew how to apply the funds so it completely ruined my stay. I ended up paying out of my credit account because no one could figure it out. I was told the funds were going to be credited when I arrived but when I arrived the manager lady said she had to charge my card then tomorrow at check out funds from cards could be applied. The room was what I excepted the only issue was a blanket that was in a drawer was ratty and I didn’t want to cover up with it. I told front desk at check out about the blanket she said when they get washed the pile like that. It looked very ratty. Breakfast was great though.

Room on fifth floor was cold and adjusting heat didn’t work first night. Coffee machine didn’t heat up. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodations were clean and very nice.

Couldn't check in early, which I find to be a pain. Had driven for hours to get to a funeral and afterwards just wanted to crash. Clerk said (IN THE WHOLE BIG HOTEL) there wasn't a clean single king room ready yet. Hard to believe, but what could we do? 4pm check in is too late.
