What sets this hotel apart from the rest is the staff, and their willingness to help and make you comfortable. Our motorcycle broke down 30 minutes from the hotel, and the manager came out to help us get it into town.
At each meal, the staff came to the table to talk and say hello. This kindness from all the staff made the hotel memorable.
The room - beautiful. Make sure to read the booklet about the tea horse trail. Its great.
Overall, we loved the LUX and will be dropping by again on our ride home.

Decided to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury in Benzilan, and it didn’t disappoint. These guys know how to look after their guests. Fantastic service, and the food was amazing. Try the pork belly for sure!

很有藏式特色的酒店！坐落於金沙江上，早上推開窗，便是炊煙裊裊，鳥鳴悠悠，金沙江水緩緩流過，我衹覺得安靜和暖，好像在看一幅畫，聽一個故事。服務也滿分！那吉卓瑪小姐姐提前一個小時為我們打開暖氣和加濕器，並燒好熱水，因為是聖誕節，還特意為我們準備了平安果。除此之外，還有好多精心準備的小禮物，藏式小香包、雲南高原雪菊、普洱和手寫愛心小卡片！每一個小細節都恰到好處，足夠妥帖，讓人賓至如歸，強力推薦！！！Btw，酒店早餐也很好吃～

前台員工那吉卓瑪的服務特別貼心！不僅在我們到達前做好了一切準備，熱情地介紹了房間，還給我們發了一系列附近的遊玩介紹。因為有了她的服務感覺整個居住體驗升級了一大截😊😊😊
附上兩張陽台上拍的照片。升房以後特別喜歡陽台外這從紅紅的花，坐在陽台上很愜意！
早餐比之前看評論預想的好一些，口味還可以的。不過品種總體比較少。而且餐廳那邊不太有服務意識。
總的來説感覺放棄住香格里拉，住到奔子欄麗世是一個正確的決定😁

房間很乾凈，陽台可以看金沙江。酒店挺有設計感的，晚上的露天電影➕爆米花很放鬆。就是酒店的餐飲水平沒有達到預期，附近農家飯店也很多就是了。

餐廳小炒很好吃～推薦雞豆涼粉連吃兩頓！
美中不足早餐品類有點少了（可能因為入住的人少）
如果有機會建議體驗輕徒步（這次怕反沒去還覺得有點可惜

服務超讚，位置優越，地處乾熱河谷，温度適宜，海拔不高，無需擔心高反，餐廳陽台的視野太好了，菜也好吃，晚上有露天影院，提供爆米花和棉花糖，孩子開心壞了。
