An excellent location, stunning. And the staff were lovely and multilingual. Room was great. I love a hotel shower but Jez. That was top notch. Only one wee thing, asked for a drink at midnight but the bar was closed. But hey, it was just as fun trying to find a nearby shop. 10/15 minutes dander. ( after mindnight ) I’ll defo be back as I live in nearby HZ.

房間不錯，衞生一般，桌子上一層灰，環境很好，在古鎮也上，還有新開業的運河新天地。適合遊玩，慢生活。
提個意見，中餐廳需要改善，因為幾次去中餐廳，基本上看不到有客人用餐，偶爾看到一桌吃飯的，更搞笑的是5月12日，我上午用完早餐特意問了一下服務員説晚上中餐廳開嗎？服務員説開的。您可以來用餐，我當晚6點過幾分就去了中餐廳。結果大門緊閉，我試一下推門進去一看。裏面空空也，沒有客人，沒有服務員，後來去一打聽：説今晚有婚宴，全部去幫忙了。
哈哈，我衹能餓着肚子到外面去吃了。
總之，假日酒店，住宿還行。推薦！
但是，吃飯不行，不推薦，希望改善！

酒店在古鎮旁邊，園林環境特別好，房間裝修非常有品位，剛入住有點小插曲，但酒店管理層非常有耐心，管理很人性化，是一次難忘的入住體驗。

很有特色的的一家酒店，園林設計很有個性，水景和綠花結合得恰到好處。帶有陽台的房間也讓人感覺很放鬆。攜程的團購套餐也挺實惠的，不僅帶有豐富的早餐，還送了美味的下午茶。一個星期帶了不同的朋友來兩次可見我的偏愛。當然這次點評的重點是酒店的服務態度，以ann為代表的服務團隊幾乎做到了有求必應，深表感謝！還會再來的！

洲際旗下的新酒店，除了建築外形讓人覺得有亮點，其他軟件如服務、設施、餐飲等各方面房間都太對不起這個品牌了。房間沒有打掃乾淨：地上打結的頭髮、床頭櫃上電子鐘灰塵、房間部分插座沒有電、台盆下漏水到地上…衞生間馬桶區域是幹區，居然會有一灘水。早飯一言難盡，品種很少，跟快捷酒店差不多，在節假日滿房情況下，住客們衹能站在小小的餐廳吃早飯、很多食物來不及供應，都已經空了，咖啡機排長隊，需要三分鐘岀一杯咖啡。靠運河，船的噪聲很大。軟件未改善的前提下，不推薦。

五一有幸入住了這家在新市古鎮旁邊的H酒店，步行30秒可達，體驗感非常不錯！
首先是服務，無論是前廳還是客房服務，工作人員都非常有服務意識，面帶笑容，很有親和力！
其次是酒店的環境，一步一景，充分體現了楊萬里麾下的絕美江南～
有機會會考慮再次入住

房間寬敞無異味，設施比較新，遇到酒店工作人員都會親切打招呼。逛古鎮很方便，車位有點少。就是廁所玻璃門比較重，不注意一推就會發出巨大響聲。淋浴花灑水要是再大一點就好了。

酒店設計很棒，設施也齊全，新建酒店都比較新。挨着新市古鎮景區，去古鎮逛很方便。酒店旁邊就是京杭大運河。五一期間客人較多，酒店人比較多，有點吵，入住的是2號樓，露台對着酒店裡。私隱性不是好，晚上客人來往也比較吵。有條件建議入住五號樓三號樓，一號樓。酒店自助餐看着挺豐富。口味一般吧，燒烤鐵板去了三四次一次都沒拿到東西。師傅説現在人來的比較雜，我想去你那消費的都是客人，都付了房費和餐飲費。怎麼還分出來個三六九等？酒店停車場不大，地下停車估計也就能挺一百多輛。一看我是外省車牌直接讓我停臨時停車場那邊，要走十分來鍾，在我之前之後的本省車輛就讓下地庫了。我希望這個衹是偶發現象，別搞區別對待。畢竟五一人還不是太多。這麼新的一個酒店停車現在都解決不了。
