Although the building and equipment are old, the quality of the service far outweighs that. Not only were we treated politely at check-in and breakfast, but when we called a taxi to take us to the airport at check-out, they carried us to the door of the taxi under an umbrella in a downpour. It was also the first time in my life. Breakfast was almost reserved for me, and I was told about various things like juice, bread, and eggs, and it was a pleasant feeling to have someone by my side without being too noisy. It looks like a 2 star hotel, but it was very comfortable. I would like to stay here again when I visit Bangladesh.
Hotel Sweet Dream

Hi this is Melvin, I travelled from Uk around 2 weeks back, stayed at a different hotel close to the airport, for some reasons I didn’t like the place where I checked in at the beginning!! Then I looked over few hotels on the OTA, and found this hotel, and matched my budget!! This hotel was recently reopened after almost an year, it was closed when the pandemic hit the world!! I had to stay 12 nights due to quarantine, but didn’t feel for 1s, like I stayed in any jail!! The rooms are well organised, decent sizes, beds are cozy, basic amenities are provided everyday!! Best part of the hotel is there food, it’s very very delicious and most importantly very fresh!! They have a very nice newly renovated bar/pub located at level 16 (top floor), drinks are quite reasonable!! Staffs are very well mannered!! Sure going to visit this place on my next visit!! Returning back Coxs bazar after 10 days my next reservation is surely going to be this place!! Cheers Guys!! Keep it Up😀😀😀

The breakfast is ordinary and extra beds are available. Bangladesh is not suitable for tourism. The hotel is well located. Bangladesh does not need to consider parking because you cannot drive by yourself. The hotel is very cost-effective. Another 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is an authentic Chinese restaurant named New Dragon. The taste is basically the same as the domestic one. The difference is that the pork is replaced by beef.

This is a business trip for two people. The location of the hotel is okay, the overall facilities are pretty good, the breakfast provided by the hotel is relatively okay, and overall it is worth recommending.

On my way back from Bangladesh I stayed in the Raintree hotel Dhaka.,,, I booked this hotel via WhatsApp.. booking was taken very professionally by this young lady shuti I think that’s the name… staff very polite looked very professional spoke good English…. The rooms were very clean well designed the swimming pool on the rooftop was excellent we even had the food from the restaurant as room service it was good… The only issue that we had the two days we stayed was the air-conditioning wasn’t working very well we had them come up and fix it five or six times.. as you can imagine Bangladesh is a very hot country 32 to 35°.. without air-conditioning you’re in trouble… overall the stay was very comfortable and I would like to thank the young lady who communicated with me well done you…. 10 out of 10 for service…
