Front desk attendant was very welcoming. She made sure we had a freshly, locally baked snack for our doodle free of charge. The facilty is new, with modern boho style decorations. Our room was clean and inviting. It’s in a business area with lots of shopping and restaurants just walking distance 50 feet to 0.5 miles away. Free parking in covered lot across the alley from hotel. Google took me directly to the entrance of the hotel. It’s down a small quiet alley like street off the main road. I did not hear my neighbors. The ambience was quiet. Loved staying here for our quick, impromptu ski trip from Denver. It’s at a convenient driving distance to all ski slopes in Summit County. I would suggest a microwave in room, since there is a refrigerator. Will definitely stay here again soon.

Great place with easy access to ski resorts and restaurants, Bluebird Market walking distance. Pet friendly is a major bonus. Cool vibe in the bar for sure. It was packed on Sat night.

Front desk told us, on New Year’s Eve, that room service was available until midnight. Tried to eat at 10:00 and kitchen closed. No food availability in town on new year eve and tried to eat at 11 the next morning and KITCHEN CLOSED AT 10:30. Horrible communication and service! Never to be considered again.

Arrived 1am, waited 10 min to check in, but a delightful room: quiet, comfy beds, linens, and pillows. Walked to the great Bluebird Market for brunch and coffee.

Very uncomfortable room (#236): small/crowded and dark with poor lighting. Armoire in wrong place and when open blocking access to everything else. Needs to be moved near entrance for more space. Wall Coat rack broken so couldn't use. Room furniture dented. Ask to inspect the room before u agree to it.

Hotel is very clean, new and nice but the walls and floors seem to be made of paper. Screaming kids and loud conversations could be heard. Heavy footed people above made it hard to get to sleep.
