The elevator smells bad
The facilities in the room are also very old and the door lock is not very secure.
Sanitary conditions are also average

Two points is more fair. There are no clothes hangers in the room and no disposable slippers. . . Even the shower gel comes in small disposable bottles that others have opened. Who wants to use the leftovers that others have used?
The key is that the front desk service is very arrogant and blunt.

The rooms are old and the air conditioner in the first room we stayed in was not cooling, so we changed rooms later. There was no hot water in the shower, which was quite frustrating.

The space is large and the facilities are easy to use, but the water is a bit small when showering, and the TV is not the kind of cable TV at home, so I can't see the sports station of Central 5.
