作為一個維也納長期住客，可以負責任的説，本酒店純屬維也納中的一個奇葩。前台服務員什麼都不懂，本人在攜程定的是特惠大床房，但去到房間發現特別糟糕，除了一張床和一個60公分的小圓桌，連凳子什麼都沒有，房間地面和牆面還是純白色瓷磚！立刻下去找前台提出想升級豪華房，前台直接説了句：酒店處理不了，你自己在網上處理！我告知前台，我不懂這些，你用我手機進行下單升級。直接被告知，你給攜程電話聯繫處理。隨後我要求升不了房就幫我辦理退房。也被告知退房找攜程進行辦理，酒店操作不了。隨後我與大堂經理電話聯繫，大堂經理太牛，電話接通後聽到是客户直接掛電話。衹與前台私下微信聯繫多次後，大堂經理才同意調房，但需加錢80元左右。官網顯示升級豪華大床房衹需加價26元。溝通N久，最終以加價37元進行升級房間。此次入住維也納給我的感受：什麼叫店大欺客！

服務人員態度熱情。該店客房面積很大，感覺有40平米。佈局也較合理，大窗户採光好。走廊整潔寬敞。價位不到200元/晚，屬於實惠型選擇。我給5分評分。
