還是我喜歡的感覺，常出差，我都首選維也納，進門工作人員的熱情讓人感覺特別温馨，這次預訂的一間大床房，前台工作人員幫我安排了一間高空夜景房，盡收城市🏙夜景，這次住房有點不舒服，電話服務員後馬上有經理和員工慰問關心，非常的舒心，在他們的關心下，出差一天的疲憊突然感覺好温馨好暖心，不舒服馬上都好了，特別贊，值得推薦！

住習慣了維也納，這次過來沙田首選也是住維也納，這家酒店在沙田的鎮中心，進來酒店大堂給我感覺很高大上，因為有些大堂屬實小。前台小姐姐很熱情打招呼，辦理入住過程中也是快，態度很好。一共有4部電梯，很快就可以上到樓層。進到房間衞生很乾凈，樓層比較高，視野也很開闊。比較安靜。整體非常滿意！

維也納知名品牌，該有都有。前台服務細緻熱情，儘可能都會滿足客人要求，比如本人怕吵，有免升房型，非常貼心。客房衞生乾淨，需要茶几也有配送，總體是非常不錯的選擇了，之後出差都會選擇這邊了。

酒店的位置在於鎮中心，交通都是很便利，公交車，城軌（東莞港站）打車也是非常方便。服務員也是非常專業，態度很好。詢問問題也是能很好的幫我解答。辦理入住速度很快。房間衞生也是很乾凈。

酒店前台態度很好，來的時候預訂的房型衞生還沒有做好，需要等40分鐘，前台小姐姐幫我申請做了免費房型升級，上來房間很乾凈，樓層比較高，視野也特別好。也很安靜舒適。非常不錯的入住體驗！
