Front desk staff, especially Xiao Wang, provided excellent service. The hotel environment was comfortable and clean, and it even had parking. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is very near to the food street, which is five minutes walk from the hotel. Front fest 小蔓was very helpful and friendly, the other two staff during check-in were nice too. The only thing is that the hotel is under going renovating of other floors and lots of celebration in their Chinese Restaurant.

Rachel at the front desk provided good and professional service. It is very convenient to come to the Eastern Industrial Park. The hotel is in a good location. There is also an underground parking lot, and the swimming pool and gym are free to use. It was a very satisfactory stay. The free upgrade to the deep sleep room was very comfortable.

The facilities are old and the bedding is damp. There are too many options at the same price. Not worth it.

Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you for your support. We are deeply sorry for the situation you raised. There has been a lot of rain in Guangdong recently, and we failed to effectively and timely avoid it. We will be more meticulous in the follow-up work to avoid this situation. We hope that you will come with joy and leave with satisfaction. We apologize to you again.

I have stayed in Huatong City many times, so I didn’t take pictures this time. The hotel environment is high-end and comfortable, and the breakfast is also good. You need to add breakfast for one person, but there is a guest discount, which is very good. The best thing about this hotel is that it has rooms for three people, which is very convenient for three people to travel.

The room is good overall. After all, it is a star hotel from a long time ago. Compared with a few years ago, the breakfast is slightly worse, but there are snacks for check-in, which is a good service! I will stay there next time.
