The Kande International Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Dongguan. The hotel is located by a metro station. It had several shopping malls and restaurants located around it. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The room is spacious and well equipped with many things. The room is very clean and the smell of fresh aroma from their decorations. They offer lots of items for you to feel relaxed and right at home. The restaurants are delicious. Always happy to stay in the Kande International Hotel. Thank you again. See you next time.

The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. I am very satisfied, especially The waiters at the front desk are very professional, and everyone has a good attitude. There are also the lobby manager and other staff, who will help you push your luggage. Someone will take you to the elevator. The front desk even helped me upgrade the room, which is very heartwarming. On the first floor, I saw a custom-made transparent acrylic box at the door of each room in the corridor, small wooden ornaments similar to agarwood, with an artistic atmosphere, I like it very much. The quality of the various toiletries in the room is also quite good, and it smells very good, especially the rich and diverse breakfast, good quality, and good environment. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and asked for 4 bottles. After 3 minutes, the room attendant Water was delivered, but when I opened the door, it didn't make me feel the politeness that big hotels still have. Instead, they looked at me with cold eyes and didn't say a word. I was frightened, so I told her quickly, Excuse me, we need tea, we don't have enough water, thank you. She replied blankly, you're welcome, turned around and left. I was wondering if she was too busy, and asking her to deliver water affected her to make the room. Then, can the hotel consider configuring robots to deliver some small items, so that the guests' experience will be better, and the room attendants will not be disappointed. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!

Hotel was very nice. Buffet dinner was very good. Easy and quick to check in. Rooms were clean and very spacious, though it had a big balcony with no furniture on it. Outdoor and indoor pool were nice. Large and good space for adults and children. Also a very cool outdoor picnic area to sit and relax and playground for kids. One of the best value for hotel we’ve stayed in.

We just checked out today. The service of the hotel is excellent. The staff are really good in particular Will, the receptionist who is so responsive and helpful to take care of our requests. As we would like to have three rooms on the same floor though he cannot fulfill us all but my friends’ rooms were upgraded and we are all happy with an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Will!

The second time I came, I chose an ocean-themed room. My child liked it very much. Not only did we check in early, but we also had a balcony with a view of the stadium. The hotel facilities are complete and the service is thoughtful. The children's meal on the first day was great. The kids who didn't like to eat ate all the food. The mini zoo and botanical garden and the jumping park are still the favorites of the kids. There were too many people at the buffet in the evening. I felt that I didn't make a good estimate. The food supply was slow and in short supply. I basically didn't eat anything for the price of 168/person. The housekeeper Longyuan helped to communicate after get off work. Not only did he refund the full amount, but he also gave me a buffet for lunch the next day. Awesome! This trip was short but perfect. I will bring my parents back next time!

The booking included 1 breakfast despite booking for 4 adults and two children. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and never had this issue. The hotel resolved it and did not charge us for extra breakfasts. They also included extra beds for free for the kids. The food choice was not up to that standard of the other major cities and the dining experience definitely was not 5 star. The ambiance and service however was 5 star and the staff was helpful and attentive. The outdoor swimming pool is excellent although the water was pretty dirty. Over all a great stay and would recommend

The hotel is awesome, very big and with so many options. The hot spring facilities are one of the best we’ve seen in China. Endless pools to choose and surrounded by nature everywhere. Astonishing view of the lake and mountains. This is a perfect place for disconnecting and enjoying nature while being in the city. Lots of dining options too with great quality and reasonable price. Great location, balcony with nice view, room conditions are ok, bathtub in the room is a plus. Few problems we had though. Personal of the pool area didn't allow us to use outside pool because of rain. But Chinese people started to swimming there under the rain and nobody tried to stop them. When I asked, what's going on, why Chinese can, but we, foreigners, cannot, they said,” okok, you can go as well”. So, looks like some kind of discrimination. And another bad thing, we saw the cockroach in restaurant was running on the table.

As you entered to the hotel you can see the beautiful ambiance of the lobby. The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing. The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. I really like the amenities like the comfortable bathrobes and towels. Free wifi and flat-screen TV. The price I paid was absolutely worth it. I will recommend to my friend to stay in this hotel.

Location: Just next to Yueganghui and Vanke Life Center, it is convenient to eat and drink. Configuration: Everything you need, clean and tidy, free to use the laundry room, the washing machine and dryer are very new and clean. Breakfast: Get a coupon at the front desk and use it at the restaurant next door. You can choose 1 of 4 set meals, and the taste is decent. Disadvantages: Every time you enter the door and plug in the card, the curtains will automatically fully open, which is awkward. I hope you can reset it, such as only opening the shading layer by 20 cm, so that guests can know that it is an electric curtain immediately.
