下樓步行10分鐘就能到金鑾灣沙灘了，海岸線很長沙很細，早上看日出的絕佳地方～
樓下租電動車，很方便，可租半天或一天，出行必備～去市場買海鮮回來小煮了一餐，餐具爐具都很齊全，海鮮價格優惠，超級新鮮～
房間設備都很新，室內很乾凈～
房東人超級好，很貼心～回覆也快～

體驗不怎麼好，首先，這個小區不咋地，明明兩電梯衹開了一個，周圍環境一般。費用雖然不高，但體驗還真不咋地，有雖然兩房一廳，但，一次性用品太糟糕了。配置不怎麼好，一次性拖鞋和紙一樣薄，🦟也蠻多的。浴巾也是，就像個大點的毛巾，反正一次性用品，真的太糟糕了。圖二，沒有門，裏面就是榻榻米。床上用品，也就符合旅館的要求。希望店家可以升級一下一次性用品，還有就是多配點，我不知道住就酒店還得自己買毛巾，牙刷的。。這不是民宿該有的樣子。。真不知道這5.0是怎麼刷出來的。。。

北歐風格，適合一家四口或一家三口居住，像回家的感覺，宜居度很高。房東態度也很好，還發了遊玩攻略給我們，很滿意的一次住宿，會推薦給朋友👍

交通方便，樓下有便利店，還可以租電瓶車，所住的民宿是看曰出的最佳位置金鑾灣。騎電動車去蘇峯山也很方便，山上半邊青山，半邊海景，夢幻美麗。老闆人也好給我們發了定位，並且推薦我們去海鮮市場購買新鮮的海鮮在民宿裏做。我們玩的開心吃的舒服，到東山的景區都很近.超讚的民宿。

很好的民宿，後悔沒有多訂一晚，房間設施設備齊全，有可用廚房，有洗衣機，房間也很乾凈，最主要的是離海邊很近，下樓出小區就是海邊，性價比很高，比周邊的住宿都便宜
