電話打不通去前台，一波前台電話都是嘟嘟嘟的忙音。晚上洗個澡出來的是温冷水，下去一問説現燒要我等一個小時，我想請問大晚上11-2點的時候誰還在洗澡才能達到用水困難的情況？大早上想洗個冷水臉，你給我出來熱水？你們酒店是白天夜晚不分的嗎？還有早上的早餐，在負一樓，感覺像是個寶庫臨時改的，冷是***冷！吃的東西又少，雞蛋，咖啡都沒有，合著我們出來玩一趟這些東西我們要自己備着是吧？

總體結論，不值，不推薦
服務：首先説下可取的地方，服務人員態度都不錯，積極響應需求；
其他的都是缺點：
環境：空調外機特別吵，門，牆，頂，窗户隔音都很差，外面一點動靜就能聽的清清楚楚的，特別影響睡眠；
衞生：淋浴間下水道反味特別嚴重，就算開着換氣扇，躺在床上還是一股一股臭味撲面而來，用濕紙巾封了兩層都擋不住！
設施：淋浴間玻璃縫隙大，洗完澡外面一大灘水，差點滑倒；
馬桶自動沖水會濺到馬桶圈上和屁股上，特別特別不衞生；
性價比：這次住的是平時優惠價133的大床房，年初四628，雖然過年漲價可以理解，但是相應的配套設施衞生服務都得跟上才行呀！

房間很乾凈，有一種全季的感覺，而且還是智能馬桶，花灑出水也很舒服。前台還有免費的漱口水、紅糖水可以拿～酒店隔音也很好，很安靜。
唯一不足的是早餐不怎麼樣，餐廳在負一樓，有一點亂亂的，其餘都很好～這個價格真的很棒啦！
酒店服務也非常好～毛巾我們雖然沒有用，但看起來是白凈的，拖鞋質量也可以的～

這價格的性價比也太高了吧！新酒店乾淨衞生，馬桶是智能沖水，早飯還挺豐富，還可以叫師傅幫你下麪條。服務員態度都很好。大堂還有遊戲機，餐廳還有桌球可以玩。總之非常驚喜！離免門票的大智禪寺就五分鐘。
