Next time simply don't accept bookings while rooms are occupied then when my family gets to the hotel in morning,you ask them to wait for others to check out by midday.... that's an abuse!!

The hotel is great with fantastic views, the service is too notch and the logistics is nice. The only issue is accessibility as it's far from town near the Douala International Airport, apart from that this hotel is great for family and business purposes.
