Would never stay there, woke up to roaches crawling all over my luggage on the table one was even in the bed with me it's all in the bathroom breakfast OMG bread and cereal

Musty smell opening door. 2 rooms i took. Second room better. Killed a cockroach. Running under the bed across the room. Cigarette burns in bedding. Room taxes as much as room. Furniture worn. Slept with lights on . Security boy open carried a firearm. He needed a uniform and a security badge. Mentioned it was because of the prison was so close and people come here to visit prisoners.

The rooms are spacious, i wasn't expecting to pay a deposit for the room i booked online through ******* so i felt blindsided by that and i was told i would gwt it refunded in the morning, but when we checked out we were told the refund would be in our account in an hour. I called the hotel to find out the refund was never issued.

Roaches, hair dryer didn’t work and was melted I have pictures of it, and only2 light bulbs in bathroom very dark to get ready

Pictures of the breakfast were deceiving. Pictures showed hot breakfast with meats and eggs. breakfast was only cereal, packaged muffins, bread for toasting but no toaster butter or jelly, waffles but no butter.

This property needs to be thoroughly cleaned, the baseboards in the room are very dirty, the exterior or the property has trash that needs to be picked up, the carpet inside the bldg is soiled, my family and I occupied several rooms and in one of their rooms was roaches

Check in was long and we had to wait outside because the lobby area was closed. When we arrived at the room it smelled old and the bed sheets had burned holes in them. We requested change room and it’s was the same poor quality. We have to pay so much for poor service and poor quality room…

There's no elevator,I had to carry all my bags up 2 flights of stairs.i booked online and was told I still needed to pay a security deposit for what? I had a knee appointment on Friday the 26 th if may no elevator ever night I stayed a couple fought, slam doors,the place smell like ****, and piss.my sheets were nasty the hall floors were never vacuumed this place is horrible I want stay here again.when I checked out a day early the clerk still said what about the security deposit are u kidding me.dont stay here it's a 0 rating for me.
