By far the best hotel we stayed, even that we travel the world, faultless and seamless transition from the start till the check out. Wow!!!

Amazing

I am so angry that I, who never comment, want to rate it! The hotel facilities and check-in experience were good, but in the end they called a "black car" for us, so we couldn't accept it! Don’t believe anything that doesn’t go through channels! The hotel even calls a car for you! These are all random prices! More than 2 times the opening! The worst thing about coming to Dubai for the first time is taking a taxi, it’s expensive and messy! So angry! ! ! !

Room: The facilities are very new, and many small details are outstanding. For example, the teas in the minibar are all the best local brands. Catering: The pastry part is amazing, the rest is just average. Service: Maybe because it is newly opened, you can see a lot of service staff, but the efficiency is not very high, but the flaws are not concealed. The infinity pool on the 27th floor is very nice. It is said to be the longest in the world. Generally speaking, the atmosphere created has the same flavor as one&only.

Very good 👍 The room is spacious, comfortable and clean Looking out from the room, you have a panoramic view of Dubai.

The location, facilities, friendliness, and meals were all great.

This place is amazing specially arlia restaurant. We have meet Oussama and Nouhaila. They were the best people who accompanied me the whole time. Thank you so much I really recommend it. If you ever have time visit it and ask for the moroccans they are best

A brilliant hotel in the heart of the city. Perfect for a couples staycay. The infinity pool is amazing - however it does go in the shade from about 2pm onwards. The garden pool is ideal for families with a fantastic Bali-esque pool bar to enjoy.

We booked 2 nights in One&Only One Za'abeel. The hotel and the staff far exceeded all expectations. We weren't allowed to move into our room until 3 p.m., but it was really worth the wait. Many thanks to the deputy front office manager Leon for the warm welcome. The room was very well designed and divided and left nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The decor was very well designed and really beautiful. There was also an XXL television and a very beautiful window front with a breathtaking view of the city center. The Tapasake infinity pool on the 27th floor is the longest in the United Emirates and one of the most beautiful in Dubai. The garden pool was also very beautiful and an island of peace and relaxation. The breakfast in the “Link” leaves nothing to be desired. Special thanks to the staff and the excellent service at breakfast. We have already booked again and are really looking forward to our next stay.

I have booked a table to celebrate my birthday… I wanted to order afternoon tea they said is not allowed. It only should be ordered based on the number of guest which is the minimum you have to pay is 250 *3 = 750 AED , The service wasn’t good at all they haven’t even great me for my birthday or wishing me anything. The ambience is not good enough. It was full of a smoke and the AC looks like it’s not working The hotel entrance looks like an entrance of wedding hall. There are many other hotels which is really unique great service and really worth it.

It was a memorable experience thanks to the front desk, concierge, and bellman team. The facilities showcase luxury and everything is top-notch. I especially appreciate Valentín, Mariana, and all the girls who speak Spanish for making my stay memorable. I hope to return soon with family and friends.
