Even with my broken English, she politely and patiently answered all my questions, giving us very detailed guidance. I've forgotten her name, but she was really beautiful. I even chatted with her using a domestic AI app, and although the conversation wasn't perfectly smooth, we had a great time. I actually feel a bit embarrassed now because we hadn't adopted the custom of tipping back then. There are many mosques in Dubai, and there's a beautiful one right next to this hotel. It's also very close to Dubai Mall, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both Dubai Mall and Kite Beach, which is super convenient and thoughtful. Thumbs up!👍"

"An absolutely wonderful hotel! I was checked into a room on the 19th floor, and the views were simply the best. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The service and staff spoke perfect English, were incredibly polite, and very attentive. Water, coffee, and tea were all unlimited. Any request was handled instantly. The blackout curtains were superb; you could sleep as if it were nighttime even during the day. The pool is open until 10 PM and offers fantastic views. There are plenty of shops nearby, and a large 24-hour supermarket is just a step away. The metro is a 5-minute walk, making it convenient to get to Marina Mall. The beach is a leisurely 15-minute stroll, offering the best views of Marina Bay and the Ferris Wheel. The beach itself is beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again. 10/10!"
