The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

Everything’s fine except the roof top leaking water after a heavy rainy during the night. The room is big , but it need some maintenance as it’s a old hotel

The rooms and facilities are top-notch, with everything that should be there. It may be that the quality of the gold is questionable. But the service quality is really worrying, and there is even a feeling of being discriminated against. I have stayed in four hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including Desert Hotel, Atlantis, and Indigo, but I stepped on the thunder in this world-famous hotel: 1. I went to the lobby to check in early and was told that I could not enter now. Of course, it is standard to enter after 15:00, which we can understand. But it was said that the housekeeper would inform me later through WhatsApp, but the housekeeper did not take the initiative to inform me, but waited until I asked and said that the room was ready. 2. Advertising misleading: Spa service facilities are written in the free items for check-in, but in fact all hotels will provide unlimited spa facilities, thus misleading consumers into thinking that it is a spa package. 3. When communicating with the housekeeper about the spa service included in the check-in, I did not check whether the package included spa, but directly booked the service, resulting in knowing that the service was charged after the spa. After communication, they refused to admit that there was a problem in this regard. 4. The spa service was originally scheduled to start at 11:00, but it was actually about 10 minutes late, which resulted in a late check-out. However, the hotel front desk told us that it could not be delayed. Later, after the spa communicated with the front desk, they said that it could be delayed by 15 minutes. We completed the check-out in a hurry. 5. The breakfast that Xiao saw in the book, which was said to be worth 2,000, was simply useless. It was the most ordinary breakfast in Dubai. It was greasy and salty, and there were very few options. The high-end rooftop restaurant was of decent quality, but the stinky face after refusing to order their recommended dishes was clearly visible. In short, it is worth going for the experience, but don't expect to enjoy any good service. After all, people's attitude is that if you don't like to come, there are still people who will send you💰

After all, it was built more than 20 years ago, and the facilities are quite old😂 However, the classic design will never go out of style, and it still seems to be worth checking in now. There are two floors, 150 square meters, with rooms and bathrooms on the upper floor, and a living room, dining table and desk on the lower floor. The toiletries in the bathroom are a full set of Hermes and can be taken away.  I also met Sun Yuchen that day, which shows that the privacy here is quite good. After all, it costs 250 dirhams for tourists to visit, and others can't come in casually. The price of 15,000 yuan a night is not cheap, you can just come and experience it.
