The perfect hotel I ever had stayed in my life. I feel a little bit disappointed water park has a few closed theme, especially I couldn't play Slide. Food was good, condition was great, people are nice and kind, and so clean, and private beach and swimming pool, you can see Burj Al Arab everywhere you go. Thank you! And see you again

Check in was a little slow, however was made up for with the brilliant location. Jumeirah is one if the best beaches in dubai. Rooms are nice and spacious. Amenities more then enough. The buggy service to rest of the jumeirah hotels and souk was very convenient.

I have always come to this hotel since I was a child. It was always my favourite. This time they fell short in terms of service and compensation based on the bad from their end. Disappointed that Jumeirah group seem not to care so much about their loyal customers anymore. Otherwise okay stay. Maybe try Al naseem as my family seem to have a better time there. Management were not too bothered to offer much either. What a shame for such a lonely hotel all these years.

The hotel environment is very good, with a private beach, facing the view of the Burj Al Arab, a variety of delicious breakfast styles, the hotel is connected to a water park, and the facilities are very good, but there are very few check-in and checkout service counters, and the waiting time is very long! Plus free valet parking! First-class self-driving tour!

It is worth recommending. It has a strong sense of design. You must stay with breakfast included. The breakfast is so rich and the scenery is first-rate. It is worthy of Jumeirah.

It is indeed an ideal place for business trip and accommodation.
