Grand Central Hotel

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the behavior of your receptionist, Raj. I requested a 1:30 PM late check-out considering that I only arrived at the hotel at 12:30 AM. Instead of politely explaining the hotel policy or handling my request professionally, the receptionist responded in a manner that I found disrespectful and lacking in proper customer service. He simply told me to leave the hotel by 1:00 PM without showing courtesy, understanding, or any effort to assist. I believe this type of attitude toward guests can negatively affect the reputation and image of your hotel. I respectfully request that management review this matter and provide the necessary action or training to ensure that all employees maintain proper professionalism and respect when dealing with guests. Thank you for your attention, and I hope this concern will be addressed seriously.

The wifi is like 3G from year when the internet is started so slow, not even loading, we call for help, jesus!!  Even the electrician doesn't know what to do.He was teaching us how to do it, we told him the problem is not our laptop, or mobile its your internet connection.  He just left like nothing. Same issue  Nice housekeeping, but he washed  all our cups from the sink in the washroom(thats not cool).   I have book for 2 person, i know its only for 2 person who can sleep there. But when im having an extra guess, it does mean she will sleep there! Common sense. Suddenly i received i call from the reception receptionist guy ( pakistani / egyptian )  threatening me that he will charge 100aed per 1 hour per guess!! WHO DOES THAT GRAND CENTRAL HOTEL!!!  I feel so embarrassed!! What i did i book extra room for 600 aed!!!! They know it. My first and last on this hotel NOT RECOMMENDED

The overall experience was not bad but the only thing that I disappointed me was the lateness caused while waiting for them to come with the iron I ask to borrow which took almost an hour. Everything else was fine

At the mid of the night there was a loud sound we can not sleep until 2 o’clock when we approached to the reception they could do anything. Also when it was 11:30in the morning they call us and ask when we are leaving.

I always book hotels as I always travel but Grand Central Hotel is the worst ! First when you check in even you already paid yoyr stays they will ask you to pay 15 aed per night plus another 30 aed for whatever they call it! Then you need to pay 3aed if you ask for one bottle of water. Toilet roll they will give you only one and the worst quality! No complimentary coffee or tea as in nothing! And if you have guest visiting you they will ask you to pay 50aed if your guest stays more than 30 mins! That’s what the receptionist( Vanessa)told me during the visit of my sister! My sister was just visiting me because I will stay for only  7 days in Dubai that time! First time I experienced this in a hotel! If you have guest needs to stay not more than 30mins or else they will charge you 50aed! So definitely I will never ever book in this hotel!

Hotel service are not good..and the staff are not friendly..room is not clean.. a
