The customer service was awesome, very friendly and helpful, but the location is too popular and far away from the main attractions of the city. Also, the quality of the breakfast (sausage and mortadela) could be better. The green metro line is 12 min walking. To sum up, I would say it is a budget hotel but not 4 stars.

Receptionist tazi is not good in service, he don't care about the client, 1st we complain about the smells of the room and request to change room,but he send only housekeeper to spray air fresherner, next we complain about the noise of the room,because already 1:30AM, still too much noisy,but he didn't do anything to gve rest t the client. He is very weak to solve the aimple issue,he is rude also. Better he will not assign there because we are always regular there yu can check in the system,but because of him we don't want to book in that hotel again.

I requested slippers and they didn't even bring it to us and such as the other free amenities 😤 Telling we'll bring and not doing it made us sad Otherwise the hotel globally is good but the service is not that much

Service was good and the staffs were friendly. Room was spacious. It’s also near groceries and metro. We enjoyed our stay.
