Very nice, my children was enjoying

Best Hotel and great location. Perfect for families. Opposite to shopping mall. Good food and plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff is so polite and friendly. Will definitely stay at this hotel if we visit dubai again.

My 7th time here in this hotel but might stay other nearby hotels the next time. The hotel is actually not bad..however over the years, the hotel remains. Nothing changed actually nor improvised. The rooms are still as it is with no tooth brushes, tooth paste nor room slippers. I thought with the uprising cost of the hotel per night stay, there should at least be basic amenities available. The breakfast is really deteriorating with lessening and bland choices for us. The menu is more inclined to a certain cuisine instead of international. The staffs are still friendly and helpful though. I met the same concierge that i’ve met through all my stays. Still helpful as all the years . The security, the male security commented on my elderly mother whom was not well lying to rest at the hotel lobby sofa while waiting for the room. I was wondering if its too unsightly for my unwell mom to rest only to notice other tourists lying down on the sofas at the lobby as well in the following days with the male security not commenting them..i wonder if its a double standard treatment. That aside, kudos to the female security that helps us when our transport back to the hotel did not appear. She recommended us to book Careem and assisted another elderly couple as well. That being said, i do not feel valued as a repeat customer and i do expect this accor hotel to improve over the years.. Will give this a miss the next time as there’s other hotels at Deira as well. Facilities: Sofa, bed, desk complete Hygiene: clean and tidy, cleaned in time. Environment: convenient transportation, near the subway station, around the park, can see the Dubai Tower Service: front desk and concierge service warm and thoughtful

The hotel rooms are average, the facilities are not easy to use, the breakfast is not rich in variety, and the transportation is convenient, close to the subway entrance and shopping malls. Ctrip hotel prices fluctuate greatly, and the price is very good.
