The only issues I have with this hotel are the internet connection. Maybe it was just my room (501) that had a very poor internet access. Signal is very weak and nothing was done about it even after I complained many times. They said my room would be changed but they never did. The technician who came to check displayed a behavior which felt like they’re doing me a favor providing the weak internet. And the door for this particular room has a problem cuz every time I return to the room it took me 10+ minutes to try opening the door and sometimes I have to go to the reception to call somebody. Also, they need to provide extra sockets or extension board cuz there’s only one that is free to use. All others are occupied by tv and other appliances so it’s hard to charge phone. The tv in the room never turned on. Either than these things I’ve mentioned, everything is okay.
