Fridge doesn’t cool products. Some bugs in the bathroom. Hotel location is good and room is good for the price. Also, room is clean. Staff is helpful.

Good view! Room is great design.

Stopover for couple of days. We arrived very early, hotel were very accomodating and got us in our room early.

Nice Location

The service of the catering guy at breakfast was very good (picture 2), and the various other services and meals were also very good. If I have the opportunity to go to this hotel again next time I come to Dubai

It's a hotel with the best value for money. Every day we took a walk from the hotel to the beach and surrounding houses. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to Burj Al Arab (7 star hotel) and Souk Madinat Jumeirah (shopping mall). The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and there are a lot of cute cafes and restaurants around, and there's a supermarket a 4-minute walk away, and the deli was delicious. The room was cute and resembled a Japanese business hotel, and disposable slippers were provided for convenience.

The location is very good. There are a lot of food and drinks nearby. Behind it is the high-end villa area. You can see the Burj Al Arab Hotel from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room. A taxi to the Burj Al Arab Hotel only costs 12-13 AED.

The presence of smell in the room and the inability to open the windows were the only inconveniences Everything else is good

Specially booked a larger and more expensive "Executive Suite". 1) the view from the window straight to the dirty blank fence (the view is terrible); 2) windows are dirty; 3) The pool does not work; 4) The Internet is very weak (it was necessary to work, I had to distribute from the phone) 5) The sea is far away (the transfer time is not convenient) 6) The nearest metro is far away (walk at least 30 min.)
