Incredible hotel!! Amazing experience and service from all the staff. I've not stayed at or been to a bad Jumeirah hotel. Exceptional location and restaurants. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and well looked after. The pool, beach and area around the hotel is excellent.

There are many choices for breakfast, the service is very good, there is a beach and a swimming pool, and the hotel also has several restaurants. It's about 20 minutes away from the city. I will come again next time, it's great!

Yigong, Hegong, Imperial Palace, and Summer Palace are all connected together and share the beach; the lady at the front desk who went to Yunnan gave me a room with a great view. The beach is also very nice. It’s just that it’s still very hot outdoors during the National Day. Change an extra 5 or 10 dirhams in cash to facilitate tipping. The biggest worry about renting a car is traffic fines, which are said to be very expensive. The hotel provides free valet parking. If you want to take a small train to the Atlantis Hotel, you can go to Nakheel Mall (parking is free) and buy a round-trip ticket (you can get a 20% discount if you fly with Emirates). Parking at the Louvre on the Sea in Abu Dhabi is also free. The reason for providing information on whether parking is free is not because the parking fee is expensive, but because it is not easy to pay the parking fee for fear of being fined. You can pay parking fees in Dubai by downloading RTA Dubai, and in Abu Dhabi you can pay parking fees through DARB. Traffic regulations in Abu Dhabi are stricter (it is said that you may be fined for speeding even 1 kilometer over the speed limit, while in Dubai it can be no more than 20%). Pay special attention to the traffic light instructions for right turns and U-turns, which are the most likely to be violated.

Generally speaking, it is good, but its attitude towards Chinese people is still a little inferior. Ctrip's speed and attitude in solving problems are good. I hope Ctrip can continue to provide the best service. Any service company wants to be bigger, stronger and better. A century-old enterprise cannot do without the core of the enterprise - service!

It is the latest facility in the castle series and is the closest to the sailboat. There are too many people in the big pool, and the water quality in the small pool next to it is cleaner. Breakfast was great!

Exceptionally overpriced and overcrowded - just an upmarket charter resort. We visited as a couple in February 2024, on our babymoon looking forward to a relaxing stay experiencing the finest 5-star hospitality from the Jumeirah group. Sadly, we experienced the complete opposite. We paid $950 / night, room-only - excluding breakfast. Having stayed at multiple high-end 5-star resorts globally, we are comfortable paying high rates for a luxury and premium experience. Sadly this hotel is neither, the price point is outrageous. If you are a couple - this is not a couples resort - it is an overcrowded family resort where they pack you in - do not consider if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Before arriving, we stayed nearby at The One & Only The Palm. For that we paid less - $870 / night including breakfast. The difference between that experience and this one was night and day. The Kerzner group (One & Onlys owners) put Jumeirah to shame on every single metric. We went from having an experience we wanted to tell all our friends about to one that we wanted to leave having felt completely miss-sold. If it is a relaxing luxury stay you are after, avoid. This ticks neither box.

5 stars overall. Rock fish staff fantastic at breakfast, Kyoto cocktail bar staff amazing, had to work hard with the restaurant staff. Annoying when you cannot get a drink in lobby bar because you have to book a table just for a drink in a hotel you are paying to stay, lots of non residents I guess.
