City Palace Hotel

Very good hotel staying place, this places are little traffic only

Staying in this hotel was awesome great service but led is old model should be change and place a new model led so guest can enjoy watching YouTube

I enjoy and i really like the hotel room is clean and bigger

i was stay there for 2 weeks, and i like that room and the staff are very kind and friendly, and the house keeping are helpfull me,but the location there is so far for metro station, and there is sometimes they ask 10 dirham for recharge the akses card, but over all they're good

This hotel disrespects its guests' privacy. The security guard even allowed outsiders to view CCTV footage without concealing his face. Normally, only investigators are permitted to view CCTV footage. (This was a very negative experience.)

The staff are approachable, and they welcome their guests with a smile, the room are daily cleaned👍.. Keep up the good work 👏

Very disappointing experience. This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Dubai. Unlike most hotels, there is no free parking for guests—you have to pay AED 30 per day, which is unreasonable. To make matters worse, the loud music from the nightclub continues until around 4:30 AM, making it impossible to sleep. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel if you value comfort, peace, and a good night's rest.

Decent hotel for a short stay. Nice staff and if you like there are 2 bars and lots of shops around
