Nothing to trumpet about the service at the front desk. The problem was that thr customer would not made to feel he is welcomed.

The staff were great, location is good on Jumeirah side. We were on 29th floor which has a restaurant Ns a bar and on Thursday night there were some noises but not that much disturbing. The pool was great and suitable for child. There was a construction near this hotel which was noisy on the mornings. Total experience was good

From the moment we set foot in the hotel to the week later when we left, we cannot compliment enough the attitudes and professionalism of ALL the staff at this hotel. They always had a smile on their face, were very welcoming and went out of their way to help you when you needed assistance. The location of the hotel was quite far out- it cost us 230AED to get from the airport on arrival. But to be honest, after becoming more aware of resources around, we returned back to the airport in a taxi for 30AED. The hotel offers a free shuttle service straight to the Dubai Mall. They have other shuttles to other malls too. Just wish they’d offered more shuttle times to and back from the malls. The latest return to the hotel was 5.45pm. But taxi’s back at later times cost around 80AED. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. The bedroom was airy and spacious. It was cleaned everyday. We had breakfast every day of our stay. I had read reviews before I went about how the breakfast was the same everyday. All I can say to that is that whilst they did offer the same things every day, there is so much variety- from cereals to cooked meals, breads to cakes, fruit, vegetables and salads. We have loved the experience of staying at this hotel and definitely would go back again!

absolutely loved this hotel. large modern super clean room. very comfy bed. breakfast was vast and great quality. made use of the free shuttle bus to private beach club. nice touch. defo go back to this hotel if rate is good.

The hotel service is good. We arrived in Dubai early in the morning. Early check-in can be arranged. You can also adjust the date of breakfast on the third day. Because we left early in the morning on the third day. The only pity is that the hotel is too far away. All attractions are far away by car.

I think this hotel is really great. The room is very clean and you can see the view of Burj Al Arab. The swimming pool is also great and there is live music. The restaurant has many food options and the service staff here are all 10 points. The friendly service is very good. If I have the opportunity next time, I will choose this hotel again and continue to stay.

Everything is very good. Clean, good service. If we talk about the location, then in Dubai it’s not close to everything and you have to drive 15-30 minutes. If you want a hotel with dancing, then it is several times more expensive. But here the quality and price are adequate, so I recommend it.
