This hotel is definitely not suitable for families with children or light sleepers. Avoid room 4135 at all costs. The bar downstairs from the restaurant was incredibly loud and didn't quiet down until midnight. The first and second floors are open-plan offices, which is a bit odd, and the shower design is a complete miss – it feels like you're showering in a public space.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Very beautiful and modern. You can spend the whole day in the hotel, swimming pool, gym, restaurants and bars. The room is little small, but very functional with a lot of shelfs. Breakfast was extremely delicious and wonderful view on science museum.

The water of the shower is either too hot or too cold. The shower head cannot be hung on the wall stand. The staff in the parking is not very polite.

Soundproofing is bad. Despite given supposedly a “quiet room” away from the bar, we could still hear loud music till past midnight. Loud Porsche car noise could be heard. Our room was quite run down with curtains that cannot be fully drawn and stuck, sink was choked and very slow in draining, electrical sockets on the writing table were not working, so is the hairdryer. There were no toiletries except 2 toothbrushes. There’s no shelves to put any toiletries in the bathroom and the shampoos provided were stuck and cannot be pumped. Overall it should not be classified as a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the service is great. The location is perfect, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and super quick. Highly recommended!
